    With a handful of upsets we lose a bunch of experience and world placements. This looks like a winning team and I think we get medals in a majority of weights. Is Russia competing this year?

    I always wondered why spencer never did free while a student. I thought Brands was holding him back in favor of Gilman. But now I suspect that Spencer has never been healthy and I hope he takes a full year off to get his body right and rested

    Dual meet national champion is wayyyyy cooler than national champion because of team points. But the dual meet tournament isn't as important to teams as the end of year one
