The protocols for social distancing, masking, shutdowns and so on and so forth were compromises. The veracity of them were proportional to the threat society faced. Today, we have little restrictions because threat is lower. Not the case, at all,, before vaccines and the virus to less lethal versions. Let's not pretend those million died mysteriously or it wouldn't have been much greater without a reaction from society. Reduced spread of disease is vital to society and kids need to to play their role along with everyone else. If there is an outbreak of a different vaccinated disease, unvaccinated kids aren't allowed in school. COVID killed massive, massive numbers, whether people acknowledge it or not.
