    What has become most clear to me is there are a significant number of people here who completely don't understand what gerrymandering is. While they give evidence of the effects of it they think they are making an argument against it.

    I've spent time in most every state. There are so many wonderful areas in this country that politicians have made a living hell. Chicago has a wonderful vibe and so much to do but the trade off isn't worth it. Iowa isn't to far from Chicago I think that's where I'd set my roots if I was starting over. I like Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming but my wife has already decided our next home is going to be in Texas. It's so f'ing hot in the summer it's unbelievable.

    Whenever I have business in Chicago I stay in Wisconsin or Indiana. They accept my CCW permit. I'd rather stay in Gary armed than Chicago unarmed.

    I think you may be confusing them with the Female Body Inspectors. There has been an on going dispute for trade mark rights.

    Deterrence. It is actually a primary goal for law enforcement. It is better to deter crime than to arrest criminals.

    What are your fuel costs? Sitting on all that oil must allow for affordable fuel. I have lots of questions. Is Iran able to be self sufficient on food or do they rely on imports? Is there a region of Iran that is acceptable for agriculture purposes? Also is it possible to to live openly as a non Muslim?

    So a small investigation tells me it isn't as much about the logo as is is a redirect of the brand. More plant based options and all the DEI crap. The decor was decluttered the old time feel was abandoned. The name makes no sense to me but a more simple logo does. I've driven by a number of their restaurants and never had a desire to eat at one so maybe there is room for improvement but we don't need another activist destroying a brand because it isn't full on libtrard. Nobody wants more vegetarian options.

    I don't think Police budgets are fat and wasteful. Accountability is another issue, America can always use more of that, especially when it comes to criminals. I'm not a fan of Qualified Immunity as it has been applied but we need more training and better training and that won't happen if we defund.

    Probably if they didn't have Trump to piggy back they'd lose worse. You may not realize this but Trump transformed a loser party into a dominant force. He upset the apple cart and charged politics around the world.
