  1. I haven't been that low since my senior year of high school. It would require loss of muscle. Give me three or four months and a significant NIL deal
  2. And otherwise maybe Connell could bump up if Moore is taking 184 anyway
  3. I am 5'7, lean and wiry. So it's not hard for me. I could do it tonight if I had good reason to lol If you gave me more time (another week?) I could get down to 61 KG or 133 but it wouldn't be pleasant
  4. Where do you think he would go? Who has big money and looking for a change?
  5. 125: Spencer Moore (R16) 133: Lucas Byrd (Champ, 3X AA, 4X NQ) 141: Danny Pucino (R16, 2X NQ) 149: Michael Gioffre 157: Kannon Webster (R12) 165: Braeden Scoles (R12) 174: Chris Moore (True freshman NQ) 184: Dylan Connell (NQ) 197: Literally no one 285: Luke Luffman (R12, 3X NQ)
  6. I have no problem with heavy referees. Obviously I wouldn't want them to face the accompanying health effects, but that's not really any of my business. If they are willing to referee and can do a decent job - I am grateful for their role in the wrestling community
  7. I could see Jesse Vasquez going to either Cal Poly or Oregon State - both could use a 149 of his caliber. Also wonder if he would humor going back down to 141
  8. JT Chance of George Mason in the portal. Best wins over Conner Harer, Luke Nichter and Dylan Evans. 157 lber with three years of eligibility left. He is from Uniontown, Ohio and was also recruited by Brown and American as a prep.
  9. I wonder if Shawver could go back down and Gibson stay at 133
  10. Sergio Desiante in the portal. I haven't heard any rumors but I wondered if he could be a good match for Virginia Tech. He was also high school teammates with Tom Crook and Tech is setup to have Gage Wright as a starter at 174.
  11. Great clash of styles at 70 KG. Melvin Miller is very quick and long and took most of the shots. Duke is sturdy and strong - didn't take many risks, but physically manhandled Miller. Wrestled smart and won.
  12. Sam Herring with a nice arm spin on Kyler Larkin
  13. Video came up after the match was mostly over. Knox teched Mills in the first finals bout
  14. Mat three seems to be down...
  15. you can get someone to accidentally get their finger in there and then challenge for grabbing the singlet
  16. crazy that McKenna did not give the takedown up there
  17. even still - picking one mild upset among ten matches does make for an uninteresting post
  18. Forrest is incredible.
  19. I find these rules difficult to understand
  20. I assume those are henna tattoos. Maybe from the Wildwood, NJ boardwalk
  21. Lilledahl Forrest McKenna Diakomihalis Mesenbrink Hamiti Dake Hidlay Snyder Hendrickson
  22. I hadn't seen Denny wrestle before, but he has a strong base - hard to move around. I reckon he actually had a strength advantage in that match. Lockett too quick and talented for him though.
