  1. InterMat Wrestling - Injury Ends DePrez's Season; Will Join Binghamton Staff (intermatwrestle.com) Very unfortunate but wish him well as a coach
  2. I think 149, 165, and 285 are all tossups. 157 should see Siebrecht as favored IMO unless Haines goes.
  3. This seems perfectly reasonable to me and would result in a Hawkeye victory. Could be a close one 125: Spencer Lee by fall over Gary Steen 6-0 133: Roman Bravo-Young by decision over Brody Teske 6-3 141: Real Woods by decision over Beau Bartlett 9-3 149: Max Murin by decision over Shayne Van Ness 12-3 157: Cobe Siebrecht by decision over Terrel Barraclaugh 15-3 165: Patrick Kennedy by decision over Alex Facundo 18-3 174: Carter Starocci by decision over Nelson Brands 18-6 184: Aaron Brooks by decision over Abe Assad 18-9 197: Max Dean by decision over Jacob Warner 18-12 285: Greg Kerkvliet by decision over Tony Cassioppi 18-15 Iowa
  4. Took me a moment to make the connection- bear claw and pastry. Assumed you were talking about Jimmy
  5. And he says "print that" lol. The way he talks about not hanging and stuff - you can tell it comes from his heart and it resonates with me actually although I'm not a big fan of the guy
  6. @poorwrestler, for next season, what do you think about something like this: 125: Spratley 133: McKee 141: Nagao 149: Jamison 157: Lee 165: Sparks 174: Krattinger / Lyden 184: Salazar 197: Joles / Nelson 285: Tabor
  7. Yeah you're right. Thought he was on redshirt last year for some reason
  8. Tagen Jamison is their best redshirt I think. He seems like a high potential type. Troy Spratley is off redshirt, but stuck behind McKee. Bennett Tabor and Hunter Lyden haven't wrestled this year I don't think.
  9. Kennedy vs Hamiti could be fun
  10. He has looked pretty sharp for a guy who hasn't wrestled a D1 match in years. Maybe he has been competing under a different alias
  11. This is golden for the lookalike thread
  12. So far Ramos dec McKee Gliva dec Norris Filius dec Bergeland Blockhos major Reynolds Coleman dec Lee Boilermakers lead 9-7
  13. Never heard of Stauffenberg but he's taking a beating here
  14. Bartlett looks over to Cael for guidance on cutting or turning with ten seconds left. Cael shrugs "meh"
  15. Kazimir squeaks by Carmen Ferrante 1-0 and almost gives up a late takedown. 9-3 Quakers with Zapf facing Fongaro
  16. Lujan is not a complete slouch either. He has a win this year over Jore Volk
  17. Ryan Miller comeback victory over Nick Babin to win by decision at 125. Colaiocco who has been on a hot streak, pins Rini at 133. 9-0 going into 141 where Columbia has a pretty good advantage
  18. Great match by Steen. Happy for the kid
  19. Saldate vs Haines will be a good one Caffey vs Dean
  20. Glory has zero chances of losing to any 125 other than Lee wh will easily bonus him
  21. In other words Braxton Brown is legendary
  22. Glory is definitely a member of the mallard family
  23. Brands has always been a bit of a patsy
  24. Andonian will win this year's title unless Haines takes him
