  1. Personally, I chime in out of a sense of responsibility. When posters spread misinformation, make ridiculous accusations, etc. I am motivated to step in. I think it's important that the 'other side' of the argument is represented - and represented just as strongly as the misinformation is being presented. Maybe it means nothing. Maybe it's a waste of my time. Maybe just a soap opera. College wrestling is getting fired up as I type... probably a good time to leave here and get back to wrestling. Maybe a few more posts as a parting gift.
  2. You are filth because that is what you have shown yourself to be in your posts and continue to do no better.
  3. "Moral weakness" ... your posts just get darker and more disgusting. You are no more than filth.
  4. Hamas threatens death to all Israelis until they leave. They offer no alternatives. No 2-state solution. Just death. Hamas is openly and unapologetically proceeding in ethnic cleansing. Hamas will not succeed.
  5. Nope. You continue to your lying ways. Israeli warned civilians to move south so they wouldn't be in direct danger of the imminent bombing. That is NOT the same as saying they "will be safe". Israel made no such guarantee. There are no 100% guaranteed safe zones in war - particularly if your enemy hides behind civilians and in hospitals, etc. like weak dogs. You bring up international law? There is nothing - zero - nada - about what Hamas does that follows international law. Just more lying bullshit from you. Terrorists don't follow international law. Wake up, dummy. Terrorists kill innocent civilians on purpose - by the hundreds and thousands (and many more if they could.) Any argument you make that others aren't doing enough to protect civilians is incredibly stupid. Anyone who tries to defend terrorists and their murderous ways is sick and twisted.
  6. Get your head of your ass and read the "lot of words" that I posted. They are exactly what we are talking about. I specifically addressed the non-removal of Palestinians from Gaza and why it isn't at all ethnic cleansing. As well as why other countries won't allow Palestinians in. Obviously, you aren't reading the very posts you are so weakly responding to. Read the posts, dummy. You have proven you are even more of a bonehead than you've appeared the last few weeks. (And that's not an easy thing to accomplish.)
  7. ... and, to reiterate what I've already previously posted, I would like to see Israeli change their military strategy to put more emphasis on protecting civilian lives. That being said, I would also like to see Hamas (and Hezbollah) do the same - by stopping the rocket attacks into civilian area of Israel. It is extremely difficult to accept allowing Iranian sponsored militant terror groups to be held to a lower standard than the Israeli military. If the Iranian sponsored terrorists continue to target and kill Israeli citizens without apology or remorse, then how could anyone reasonably accuse Israel of being any worse than Iran/Hamas/Hezbollah? They simply could not. And don't forget - only one group is holding hundreds of civilian hostages. An unacceptable and barbaric act.
  8. What a bunch of bullshit. There is no ethnic cleansing going on, lying bastards like you keep claiming there is - but there isn't. Israel is targeting Hamas (the militant group who attacked them), and not targeting civilian Palestinians. That is NOT ethnic cleansing. Due to the Hamas attack, Israel and Hamas are now at war. During war, civilians perish - on both sides. That is one of the many downsides of the horrible nature of war. But because civilians perish, doesn't make it ethnic cleansing. Not even close. Nobody is being forcibly moved from Gaza. Nobody. They have been warned to clear out from the areas they intend to attack and move to a safer location inside Gaza. That is NOT ethnic cleansing. It is beyond ridiculous that you - and others - keep making the BS claim of ethnic cleansing. As everyone knows by now, Hamas is a lying terrorist group that hides among civilians and in hospitals. Egypt doesn't want any part of Hamas making their way into Egypt as they hide among civilians and use terrorist tactics that are abhorrent in any even remotely civilized society. Other countries agree with Egypt, as should they all. Hamas is an evil cancer - not to be welcomed anywhere.
  9. Military occupation. No, not at all. Israel has made it crystal clear they have no interest in occupying Gaza. Only eliminating Hamas and tyranny. You just recently described Hamas an evil tyrannical regime and that you "have no problem with Israel trying to eliminate Hamas." Once the Palestinians in Gaza are free from the evil government, they'll be able to form their own government. Perhaps in conjunction with the PLA, or perhaps differently. They'll be free to choose. That sounds like a win-win: Palestinians will have their own land, and their own choice of government. Israeli's will have eliminated the biggest source of insecurity to their people. Yes, of course terrorism will still continue, but we didn't expect to solve all the world's problems - just the one currently at hand. This is a good solid plan that would make sense to anyone, including you. (Unless you're lying to us all and you have a different agenda in mind.)
  10. But what? They are located in various places outside Gaza. That makes it more difficult, but still doable. As Uncle Bernard will tell you, they are an evil tyrannical regime and he'll be happy to see them go.
  11. I don't know who "They" is supposed to be, but you - like UB - have it backwards. Hamas is very simply and very clearly the guilty bastards and the target here. If they are eliminated, it will be an actual victory. The notion that any country could eliminate global terrorism is unrealistic. It's much too big of a cancer. It doesn't matter if Israel acted to eliminate Hamas or not, terrorism from the group would continue to grow and spread. You're right, history is clear on that. Inaction will not change that any more than action. What Israel is doing is eliminating the one terrorist group that is by far the worst in terms of their peoples' security. Just the one. That will improve their security for now. The only other option would be to give up and let the terrorist bastards have their way. Just like solving any big problem. You break it up into small solvable pieces and move forward. You can't solve it all at once.
  12. You are confused here. Worldwide terror is not the target. It is far simpler than that. The current effort isn't intended to end terror - it is intended to eliminate Hamas.
  13. Putin for sure. Maybe Iran, too. Most likely high fives everywhere in Belarus. And in NK probably celebrating, but don't think their turd leader is capable of laughing. It's so hard to keep track of with all the hate in the world. It just keeps sprouting up everywhere. ... and I'm not even reading Facebook or Xwitter.
  14. And your mind so twisted that you: Make almost no mention of the 'tyrannical government' in your posts (Hamas) or laying blame on them as it belongs. Continue to blame Israel, even they are the ones that had to endure many hundreds of their young adults, children, and elderly civilians being brutally massacred for no fault of their own - which is precisely what started this bombing and attack on... Hamas. Seems you are pointing your anger in the wrong direction. If you truly believe the 10/7 massacre was as awful as you claim to believe - why aren't you pointing your anger at Hamas? They were the perpetrators of the massacre and the creator of this chaos. All of what is now happening, Hamas started purposely. Hamas are the dogs that must be eliminated before they repeat such atrocities. If you are honest, you know this to be true. Eliminating Hamas will: Leave the Palestinians in Gaza without the tyranny of Hamas. End the bombing Which seems like the very thing you would support.
  15. I wasted a few minutes watching this. It is a ridiculously awful video. So slow and dumb. If anyone comes away changed after watching this, it's that uncle bernard is an incompetent dimwit.
  16. The NIMBY crowd is one of the sources of reason that we should consider partners rather than adversaries. It is good that they are loud. They provide a valuable perspective that you or I don't necessarily focus on. Not everyone is an engineer-type. It takes all of us to discover solutions ... these solutions are for all of us. I am encouraged by your conviction. By all means, keep up the good work.
  17. While Germany is switching off nuclear dependency... another of the pinnacles of civilization. It's almost like you can't make any sense of it at all other than to blame the left like a bad episode of Fox News. But don't stop trying.
  18. What makes you think the power companies will suddenly change their stripes and become 'good guys' when we are all even that much more dependent on them? "Go back to nuclear" ... "but different"? What would 'different' nuclear look like? Fusion would be great, but we're not close to that yet. Your ideas are fine. Ideas are good. Keep at it. But don't forget that ideas put out for public review do have to at least pass the most basic critical thinking tests if you expect anything but a negative response.
  19. Great post by mspart. It isn't the Israeli's, and it isn't the Palestinians at fault. Hamas are the bad guys here. It is big and complicated and there is a lot of history, but at the end of the day it is distilled into a simple equation. Hamas = Evil. (I'd prefer to see an adjusted campaign by Israel that resulted in less civilian casualties than we are currently seeing. But, at the same time, war is neither predictable nor manageable. Which is why we should all work hard to avoid it rather than invite it.)
  20. Your "honest" question? That's cute. I won't be looking for honesty from you anytime soon. Nobody is safe in war. That's why so many in the world try to avoid war - yet Hamas seeks to invite it. Hamas made the country unsafe. There is no 100% safe place in war, but the south is many, many times more safe - it should be every civilian's destination. War is so ugly and so awful. Why don't the Palestinians rise up against Hamas and take their leadership back? Are they too weak?
  21. That was in the Trump administration military reporting era... the reality that many soldiers had been severely injured in retaliation was not what they wanted to report. So, the Trump administration quashed the news, and it didn't make headlines. Even at the time, it wasn't mainstream, but it wasn't difficult to find. Killing Qasem Soleimani wasn't advised by US intelligence, and it ended up being every bit as bad as they had advised. Another reason Trump should never, ever again gain a position of political power. He's an unqualified disaster in any political leadership role. He should stick with crooked real estate practices in NJ.
  22. Things change, life changes, sometimes it is better to go in separate ways. If I were to make that choice on my own, it would be better than a halfwit like you making it for me. ... just to be clear. You're not god. You don't speak to god. And you certainly don't speak for god. You're just a halfwit who claims to have some special standing - but you don't. And I might be generous by calling you a halfwit.
  23. The civilians should have moved south to avoid the military action as has been clear for some time. It is terrible that they were caught in the active war zone. It truly is. But that is EXACTLY why they were instructed to clear out. War is an awful, awful thing. Choices must be made - and choices lead to consequences. If only the Israeli young people had a choice to make at their music festival. Or the many other civilian Israelis who were butchered without warning on 10/7.
