  1. Geez... who would have guessed??? I mean, he didn't test positive! I guess multiple someones now are in GAF mode. Does he get a job flipping burgers for the next 18 months?
  2. Just saying how the Brands probably view him, and they have used that term before. BTW Basch now appears to obsessed with Barr as his newest "guy."
  3. Apparently he now GAF? Or his employers GAF. Keep in mind, Basch is the PSU/NLWC "Ministry of Truth." Literally does a lot of the "marketing", and would fit Brands' definition of "paid hater."
  4. This sounds like a "timeline" of "alternate universe" that Nahshon was talking about on Bader. Apparently there is a "timeline" where Cory Clark defeated Nahshon to become national champ, at least according to Garrett.
  5. So... It appears he filled in his location by the June 15th deadline? And what is this about coming up with alibis and challenging the suspension and suddenly caring? And also it seems as if he is mysteriously taking tests again and passing them?
  6. Hassan Yazdani is great. I was a big fan of Rasoul Khadem in the 90s but USA never seemed to be able to get a win over him.
  7. When were the missed tests? Gilman needed to submit his whereabouts for the next quarter by June 15th. Did he miss three tests between the OTT in April and June/July? DT was hired in May. Were there missed tests before that? Or did they just show up to test Gilman repeatedly in a couple months? And if he's in "IDGAF mode", why is he appealing? Unless he (or his bosses) GAF...
  8. There is an app they use. They have to fill in their whereabouts for two hours blocks of time. They have to do it four times a year, but they can make changes based on life events. I'm pretty boring, but I could probably easily do it for the next several months. If something came up, I could make changes. Former UFC champ Jiri Prochazka was tested at a concert!
  9. Yes. Certain UFC fighters were getting tested dozens of times a year while their peers were getting tested a handful of times. I read from a decent source that Gilman was tested more than anyone one else in the last year. If true, that is not a great sign... despite the fact that he passed them all. I would not be surprised if Gilman was dirty. He is a weird cat, so it might have just been "IDGAF." My question was a simple one from someone who works in education and knows how administrator's minds work: I was just wondering how they'd react knowing that someone currently serving an USADA suspension has access to their athletes and is mentoring them. Keep in mind that PSU loses money on wrestling every year, and University admin are notoriously risk averse.
  10. I have a tear in my eye. That was a thing of beauty.
  11. At least Tsabalov informed them of his whereabouts, Gilman couldn't even give them that simple courtesy!
  12. I heard bad stuff about wild boar, but definitely enjoyed the one I had. I think it is also diet dependent.
  13. Kangaroo was fine. I'd eat any of that stuff again.
  14. How could I forget bison?
  15. I've had a lot of stuff, but I don't think I've had antelope. The basics: cow, chicken, turkey, pheasant, whitetail deer, elk, gator, rabbit, kangaroo, lamb, goat, snail. There are still a lot I want to try, and I've probably forgotten a few. I actually think I have had some form of wild goat in addition to domesticated.
  16. Geez! I clicked on this hoping to get a good recipe!
  17. LOL GM Coastal. Yes it was intelligent. What makes Nagao "untouchable," especially since the last time they were in the same nationals bracket Bailey placed and Nagao was DNP. Bailey is also younger than Nagao who will be 24. Davis got a little out of hand. I wouldn't say that he is necessarily in the staff's good graces, as previously mentioned. untouchable lol
  18. I'm talking around the wrestling world. People assumed Tsabalov was a dirty cheat. Gilman was just in "IDGAF mode." A lot of it has to do with laundry. The timing around the OSU departure is a bit odd, too.
  19. They are both cases of people refusing to test. They are chosen because they are in the USADA pool. USADA is independent of UWW. There are those in the MMA world that question exactly how "random" USADA testing is btw
  20. Yes, it is absolutely very similar. It is similar in that with both cases, you refuse to take a drug test. And some people are acting very differently about this than they did when Tsabalov was suspended for the same thing...
  21. You know the answer to that. The point is, a suspension is not a good look. Maybe not someone you want associated with your program. Are you aware that refusal to take a breathalyzer often results in a OUI conviction?
  22. Because he is working with their athletes and he is suspended by a drug testing organization? Granted the PSU athletic department does have a history of looking the other way, but I would think that would make them extra vigilant.
