i mean i can see the beef theory.
i was a fullback in college. Each summer when i started getting in shape i would lose weight.
before my sophomore season, i was worried... b/c i was only around 210... and it was time to start.
I just began eating my folks out of house and home. by camp i was around 230-235
and fast, in shape and strong... coaches asked me if I was on vitamin S even. didn't test me tho.
i didn't juice until a few years later when i was out of college... and it didn't really do much for me.
I probably wasn't working hard enough
