  1. Peterson leads 4-0 on Riley end of 2. Nice scramble at the end of the second for Riley to avoid a TD
  2. Minnow trying to stir the pot with Iowa fans about Teemer supposedly not attending mandatory workouts
  3. Sounds like Ayala will be wrestling

  5. “Legend” was a bit of hyperbole, but between the way he was wrestling and his interview talking about loving being on the team and the competition, most of the board was very high on his potential at NCAA’s. Until yesterday at least
  6. Hawkeye board seems to have soured on Kennedy after the loss to Kharchla. That was a quick turnaround from Hawkeye legend to “the biggest disappointment in recent memory” according to at least 1 poster + 1 more who piled on with “he never fails to disappoint in a big match”
  7. They had 2 qualifiers in 2022 and 1 in 2021
  8. Agree, this might’ve been the craziest move of the year. I don’t mind the takedown call, but I didn’t realize doing a flip was legal
  9. Yes. 1:13:10 in above video, start of second period. Sounds like “that’s a great start, asswipe.” Unless he was talking to Buchanan lol
  10. So he didn’t give anyone the finger. But didn’t he call the ref an asswipe or asshole?
  11. Agree, I’m thinking this could mean he’s dropping to 174
  12. For the non-Flo members, the Panther train has posted the matches from the view of the UNI corner https://youtube.com/@panthertrainwrestling9252?si=o-KC0rO1Bqj5VNS4
  13. A little cringey to make that callout after winning in SV against the #20 guy. He didn’t call out a specific wrestler though. What did he weigh in at today? Any chance he drops to 174?
  14. Sorry, typo, Miller won on the stall point, not Church
  15. Well if Michigan is being supported by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, they have far more money than Slumlord Bob
  16. I think I found it. Flo #7 Will Miller of App State vs #22 Mac Church of VT. Clocks in at 22 minutes. It did include several challenges and reviews, including a TD that was called in SV but then wiped off after review. In the first TB period, Church rode out Miller the whole 30 seconds. Church chose neutral for the second TB period and ends up winning on a stall point. Starts at 47:15, ends at 1:09:15. At first I thought the Vito/Fix final would have it beat (which it did in total time at 25 minutes, but it included blood time).
  17. Agree. I probably wouldn’t pick him to AA but he’s definitely in the conversation. A few weeks ago it looked like he wasn’t even going to qualify.
  18. There’s little difference between top 10 and top 20 at 125. McCrone was top 10 on Flo 3 weeks ago
  19. He also must be trying to preserve being the only 4x undefeated. Barr still alive though
  20. I didn’t think Bartlett looked bad. Kerk a little. But even if you think they looked bad, isn’t this usually the time of year where they “look bad” because of a hard training week or something and then they always look good at NCAA’s?
  21. I like Goodale, but I feel like he yells the same stuff that like a middle school parent would. “Ride him!!!”
  22. Deleted mine, @flyingcement beat me. Lilledahl will not be an undefeated 4xer
  23. Fair enough. I don’t think the injury risk by bumping is really higher than your typical weight, but I understand your opinion
  24. What match are we talking about? Tom Crook? Crook did win 2 matches at NCAA’s that year. Small sample size and he has time to improve, but Block may be lucky to qualify at his current rate. I’d pick Bouzakis over him.
  25. Whoops you are correct
