  1. clear as mud
  2. Where is the 11.4% coming from? Taking a quick look, the median home sales price in Stillwater is $239K (Redfin) - $265K (Realtor.com), compared to $542K (Redfin) - $604K (Realtor.com) in Chapel Hill.
  3. If Brands had any part in bringing the womens team to Iowa (and I have no idea if he did) would that count? IMO, Cael is “supporting wrestling” by helping it actually become a viable career after college due to the success of the NLWC. Most of Michigans transfers came from another B10 school and IIRC most (in total, so including Griffith) are also grad transfers. I thought tOSU is (allegedly) spending most of their NIL money on incoming recruits and not transfers? But they would always get great recruiting classes so that’s not much different and you could argue the ability for wrestlers who haven’t even wrestled in college yet to get NIL money is in fact helping to grow the sport.
  4. What behavior?
  5. Berginc is starting though right?
  6. I’d agree for the most part but I think you’re exaggerating if you’re basing it on what he’s making now. I thought the rumor was $1 million for his WWE contract right? Although not sure of the timeframe. But he got $250k for Olympic Gold. Another of those and he’s already halfway there. Throw in world medals, sponsorships and an RTC salary and he should be able to top $1 million in lifetime earnings from freestyle wrestling alone, not even counting NIL for college or coaching. Of course if he was actually successful in WWE then it’d be a different story.
  7. So does it also count as a head to head win for the other guy?
  8. I've found recently it won't always embed if you use the share icon from twitter, but does work if you copy the link from your address bar
  9. Well in this same thread I said I still wouldn't be surprised if Howard made the finals. But your comment was stupid because 125 is crazy deep this year (not weak, deep).
  10. Some interesting transitive results here. Howard loses to Gallagher and Ryder. Both of them lost to Army’s Charlie Farmer. His only loss so far this year was to last year’s D3 national champ Joziah Fry (who spent time at Campbell and had some decent wins)
  11. Well Bo Nickal said he moved to Allen because their wrestling team was good, so what about Baylor or North Texas?
  12. He (Davis) did. Majored Steen
  13. Dominic Mendez of Cal Poly over Braxton Brown of Maryland 21-12
  14. Yes I could see that as well. Or Fix beating him in folk but then losing in free
  15. Well it did help his “Real Woods is the biggest lock to win” claim
  16. I'd guess he can beat Hynes at 141. He had a solid regular season last year (only losses were to McGee and Fix, beat Phillippi and Orine), but then I guess got injured at EIWA's?
  17. I could certainly see Fix winning the title this year though.
  18. Correct (that it doesn't matter). Rankings are not predictions.
  19. Because Vito just lost. I think I'd go Fix, Crookham, Vito.
  20. Crookham looks big for 133
  21. Well shoot you are correct. It was @Antitroll2828 and yes that was a dumb statement, but mostly because I would say there’s not a single guy that’s a lock to AA at 125
  22. Howard was a world champ too right? “Most talent” seems like an odd claim there.
  23. To be fair I don’t think anyone said he was a lock. I wouldn’t be surprised if he made the finals or didn’t qualify (if he even remains the starter).
