That's long been acknowledged as one of China's biggest problems but nothing that is going to lose the trade war for them when the U.S. is the only country blocking their imports. They export all over the world, so while it hurts them, it won't come close to breaking them. All they have to do is hold out until Trump is out of office, which is Jan 2029 at the latest but he'll run into big problems starting In Jan 2027.

That being said, many economists have already claimed that they have already passed their prime of being able to manufacture cheap, very basic products that are labor intensive and that a higher percentage of this production is shifting to countries with lower labor rates.

All it does is indicate that there were some internal disagreements regarding the methods of a particular study and that study didn't attempt to refute the existence of man-made global warming either. This is the type of outrageous stuff that the wingers do. They find a specific very small area where there is some disagreement between scientists and then extrapolate that to point out that everything associated with the much bigger picture of the phenomenon must be a big sham.
