You're arguing something totally different. This isn't about whether what Trump is doing is constitutionally correct or not. This is about one of the basic functions of the job. Like one that is explicitly mentioned in the actual oath of office. And he publicly said he doesn't know if that's what he's supposed to do? This isn't being a bad president, this is being a bad junior high student. It's like going to school and when your parents ask you if you're supposed to do homework, saying you don't know.

That doesn't make sense. It's literally in the oath of office. There's no Supreme Court decision that disagrees with what is in the oath of office. "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." Nothing that needs to be litigated or decided there. Either you uphold the constitution or you don't.

Did he ever say publicly he didn't know if he had to uphold the constitution? Fairly simple answer.

Tell me when Biden publicly admitted he didn't know he was supposed to uphold the constitution.

And Biden has what to do with Trump not knowing one of the core functions of his office?

It's literally in the oath of office. If he doesn't know if he's supposed to uphold the constitution or not it means one of only a few things. He's stupid and doesn't/can't read. He doesn't pay attention. He doesn't know what the function of his job is. If somebody who had experience of being president before and is bafflingly elected again, and they still don't know the answer to this question? They are not fit for this job if they still don't know what one of the core functions of it is. He's lucky he's never had to hold a real job.

Is Biden the president?

He avoided mentioning Trump for years after he won the election. He only started to around the 2022 midterms and in 2024.

I did watch it. I don't think he can articulate or explain anything beyond the talking points he knows or his handlers have given him. The thing is, what he says and what is reality are not the same. If you catch him in a lie or contradict him, he just doubles down and insists he's right or tries to explain how you're wrong. So watching that, which truthfully I had it on in the background, wasn't some eye catching revelation. It just confirmed what I already knew. Except instead of hearing him lie for 2 minutes, in went on for 40 minutes.

It's just hard to watch because he has to lie. It's a compulsion for him. Now the question is whether he knows the things he's saying aren't true or whether he's just saying it because it's what people want to hear, and isn't concerned about whether it's true.

Must be why Trump counts white supremecists as his supporters.

When I graduated they had the engineering people in a separate graduation ceremony. And other departments had theirs too. I didn't care. Plus the arena where they held it wouldn't fit everybody anyway.

I predict this lasts as long as the last season of his reality show did. The one that caused his daughter to basically hate him and his wife to divorce him.
