  1. George Washington wasn't the first president either.
  2. He pretty much admitted he was behind doing this because he doesn't like how Bolton made him look bad. No other reason.
  3. How is that a whatsboutism? You voted for and support a guy who claimed that dodging the clap in the 70's while avoiding military service was like Vietnam, and cheated on every wife he had, including his current one. Hard to claim the moral high ground here. Unless you think that peeping at teenage girls and bragging about committing sexual assault is in line with your morals.
  4. https://www.12news.com/article/news/nation-world/trump-intel-us-stake-in-company/507-c46108ef-5206-4b3c-84e8-5cd2246e427b?utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook_12News&fbclid=IwQ0xDSwMVryNleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHkJVYUWkdVUrLw3JU8taHFEdCPc-Lw_iZyH8h3E-GNt5IhDBxe7Ulz60BN1N_aem_WdtBSsFl0Htf0UrcTb6xBg Every accusation is an admission.
  5. That's ok. Trump cheated on his pregnant wife with a porn star who he illegally paid off.
  6. I guess that means fireworks shouldn't be allowed then. Or any public use of other pyrotechnics, smoke effects, etc. You're trying to draw parallel a constitutionally protected form of public protest with something that any sane person would recognize as a criminal act. That is a disingenuous argument which to me says you've got nothing to defend this. Just innuendo.
  7. No but I stay on topic and don't launch into whatsboutisms because I can't put forth a solid argument of a guy who chickened out of serving in the military calling himself a war hero.
  8. Wrong thread. This is about how Trump wishes he had the respect of people for serving in the military, and talks tough, but when he had the chance to serve in a war, he chickened out.
  9. "It's amazing, I can't even believe it. I've been so lucky in terms of that whole world, it is a dangerous world out there. It's like Vietnam, sort of. It is my personal Vietnam. I feel like a great and very brave solider," Trump said in the interview when Howard Stern asked how he handled making sure he wasn't contracting STDs from the women he was sleeping with.
  10. I think the Trumpanzees here are trying to draw a false equivalent to doing things that are already illegal, like torching a car, to burning a US flag, which in most cases is not illegal.
  11. Trump desperately craves the respect and authority that somebody who served in the military and was in a war commands. Yet the closest he got was avoiding service for health issues even though he claims to be the healthiest president ever. He did say that hanging out at Studio 54 and allegedly avoiding contracting an STD was like going to Vietnam though. So maybe he should get a medal for not getting the clap?
  12. Burning the flag isn't vandalism. Unless it's not yours to burn.
  13. Conservatives will never tire in their quest to find unimportant s--- to complain about.
  14. The thing is, I don't look down on somebody who avoided the draft. You don't want to go to war? Understandable. Dick Cheney avoided service too. So did famed Trump supporter and connoisseur of underage girls Ted Nugent. The problem I have with it is if you avoided enlisting or being drafted, but trying to act like a tough guy like you obviously aren't, is you had your chance to prove yourself. You don't deserve to be able to act that way, claim you're a war hero, disparage actual veterans, or anything else. If Biden, Clinton or Obama had said even 1/10th of the verbal diarrhea Trump spews, you'd be howling for them to resign.
  15. Have you suffered a massive brain injury that greatly impairs your cognitive thinking? That's what it sounds like.
  16. Glad you can recognize it. Sounds like somebody has some BDS.
  17. Because that isn't enshrined as free speech by the US Supreme Court?
  18. Did Joe Biden ever claim to be a war hero?
  19. The whatsboutism is strong today.
  20. Did anyone prevent the free exercise of speech? Please give me an example.
  21. https://share.google/G9KD2wSr1f0b1fYJP He had his chances to serve in the military and chickened out of it. F--- this draft dodging coward. Then he had the nerve to say McCain wasn't a war hero? This is what you voted for.
  22. It's hilarious how you want to deflect from the issue, which is chipping away at the first amendment.
  23. I don't agree with a lot of things Republicans say. But they have the right to say them. If you feel like you need to burn the flag, good for you. If you want to march around with torches chanting "They will not replace us", that is also your right. What I don't agree with is chipping away at the first amendment like this.
