CHROMEBIRD Posted March 9 Posted March 9 It'll probably be a boring final, arbitrarily decided by a weird call or non-call (reaction time, stalling, pulled singlet, etc.)
cl415 Posted March 9 Posted March 9 It’s going to all come down to matchups and seeding in my opinion. I think Sinclair beats everyone but Ferrari. I think Rocco beats Ferrari but loses to Sinclair and McEnelly. It should be 1. Rocco, 2. Sinclair, 3. McEnelly. Angelo’s seed will be the X factor. I could see him anywhere from 4 to 8.
Spladle Posted March 9 Posted March 9 I’ll always take the offensive guys in March. So I’m going McEnelly or Sinclair.
Pinnacle Posted March 9 Posted March 9 At the beginning of the year Ferrari was supposed to beat Welsh. McEnelly would definitely beat him. A few even said Fishback. Somehow he keeps winning these tough matches. I guess now it's Sinclair's turn.
Simpleman424 Posted March 9 Posted March 9 McEnelly…I’ll take him in the rematch 10 times out of 10 after yesterday…

Surprisingly confident considering there are a certain number of us who genuinely feel, for one reason or the other, Welsh was given all the close calls.

You gotta ride that high when you’re constantly on a tight rope. Even PSU fans know Rocco could have and likely should have lost at least a match or two this season…the over display of confidence a coping mechanism of sorts.
Dan-by Taco Posted March 10 Posted March 10 (edited) Sinclair has the offense. Edited March 10 by Dan-by Taco update
TAC Posted March 10 Posted March 10 I give the edge to Sinclair due to his scrambling abilities. Any of the top 4 guys could win, and each of them most likely will have a tie breaker decide one of their matches. Those could always go either way. I would not be surprised at all to see both semis go to tie breaker.

Nothing to cope. Maybe he keeps it up, maybe not. But he has kept winning these matches.
Mizzou Fan Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Sinclair! Too much offense, plus his confidnece has significantly improved over the season.
VakAttack Posted March 10 Posted March 10 I would pick Sinclair or McEnelly. "You are a voice of reason." - @Paul158 ""David Taylor has a stupid face." - Cael Sanderson (probably)" - @VakAttack

Why would Ferrari be seeded in the top 8? Honestly see him seeded 10-12. Low match count. Low place at BigTens. On paper 3 losses to 11 wins.

He still has some really good quality wins.
