As a suburban Philadelphia born Italian American, I had my fair share of meat before I made the change anyway. So I can relate and my salivary glands still go off when I smell meat over hot coals - even 11 years later. Aaah I thought you would go for the burrata ish sandwich My bad boss Ha grilled onions and confit garlic are the best still my off the head recipes can sometimes deal without meat. I got less without cheese / dairy a good hash brown garlic potato onion bell pepper and Serrano pepper sounds good though Edited February 3 by Caveira

Pinnacle Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Caviera is right, the beauty of the Blackstone is cooking outside. It makes clean up a breeze. Using a large cast iron skillet indoors gets that sizzling and splasking oil on your nice countertop ans stovetop. There are so many great Blackstone recipes. I can do prep inside and in advance, then cook outside on the hot blackstone in minutes.

What other wings are on vegan food? .

Making meat and cheese, "that will please a carnivore." is way more than art. I can make it look fantastic but if it taste bad, it taste bad. That is where the science comes from. I'm seventeen plus years vegan and we make our own meat, cheese, condiments, etc. plus bread. I'm also an art educator. Trust me when I say, it's science first. "You eat with your eyes first." But if it taste bad it doesn't matter... .
ionel Posted February 3 Posted February 3 18 minutes ago, Coastal said: When you bake, the ingredients have consistency. Other than knowable variables like elevation and humidity everything is the same. Science must be applied. When we cook, the variables are unknown. No two pieces of meat have the same marbling, every vegetable has a different water content, every piece of fruit a different sugar content... We have to apply our skill or art rather than science. And why i prefer a good steak. The heifer/steer already did the hard part of processing the plant material properly. All I have to do is get the steak temp & time correct. .

russ1847 Posted February 3 Posted February 3 If odds were based on these poll results, I would easily lay money on Byrd at +1400 or so to win Nationals.

Seems to me a carnivore diet one would be eating lions, tiger and bears ... oh my. A vegetarian would eat things that eat plants so heifers, chickens, pheasants etc. Vegan I don't understand ... maybe someone in the front can help me? .
