He even puts his hands up to signal he’s not resisting. There is no point where you see him reaching for a gun like you claim. They just murder him.

He did not pull a weapon. You can see on video an officer removing his gun before he is shot.

Notice in the video that the altercation begins with an ICE officer attacking a woman who is just standing there, shoving her to the ground. At this point, the victim tries to help her and that is why he is tackled and shot.

I'll have to admit when I'm mistaken. I thought we were talking about a different event. I do maintain that there is not enough information in these videos to know anything, and that tells me they don't want us to see the whole thing. Seeing how wrong you guys have been on literally everything, I won't accept your position at this point.

That’s an unedited video of the nearest bystander. What are you talking about?

Answer these basic questions:

1) is the ICE officer acting correctly when he shoves the woman to the ground?

2) Does the man attack the officer before being arrested? Or is he trying to help the woman up?

3) Is the man disarmed before he is shot?

4) Is there any point in the video where you see him reaching for a gun?

Cop said he had a gun. He clearly was interfering in whatever law enforcement was doing, that's criminal activity. You don't get to draw conclusions on what you don't know.

I think I can see what happened. You can see the officer in the rear watch the other officer remove the victims gun from the holster. At that point, he draws his gun and fires. He panics when he sees a gun drawn and just opens fire even though it was his officer disarming the subject. 
 

2nd degree murder/manslaughter. Get ICE out now.

So felony obstruction while armed is acceptable behavior? I'll give you some advice. Don't engage in negative interactions with feds while in the performance of their duties while armed. Being armed during commission of a crime will greatly increase your odds of being shot.

That doesn’t mean it’s legal (let alone right). If ICE officers have to be treated like a dangerous animal where you can’t antagonize them or film them or legally carry a gun near them, then they shouldn’t be on the streets in the first place. You just accept that it’s fine that they’re killing people because you think the people they’re killing deserve it. 
 

You might want to rethink that though before someone else applies that same logic to you. It would be a shame if someone shot you because they thought you *might* have bad intentions…
