stevan mentioned in one of his videos maybe 6-8 months ago that Ortega was trying to get eligibility to wrestle for team USA which I think would be awesome depth wise for us at 57kg.

yeah this is old news, I will be surprised if he gets it. Here is the interesting thing, think about what that does to 133/141/149 if he did get eligibility. Force Frost out of 133, and to go where? Echemendia has one more year after this year. Older brother already went to 149....It is a good and bad thing to be that stacked at those weights.

I don't think Ech will go 149, I mean he may if Dresser wants him to, but he is not cutting much at all for 141.

No, I agree with your point. The reality, there is a log jam currently, 133-157. Paniro was #2 guy at 149 and he is not starting.
