You're an idiot. The democratic (and republicans) party can nominate whoever they want, however they want. The party selection criteria are 110% outside the Constitution and u.s. voting laws.

They didn't have time to fully redo the primary nomination process. Any winger that gets their panties in a bundle over this is an idiot. They did what they did and, yes, suffered consequences. It's really none of our business though unless we are actual members of the party.
