That is all Tapper is talking about.   Healthcare for illegal aliens.   But he is careful to say this is what Rs say.,   Hakim says it is a lie.   Tapper says A lie, but it  does bring back funding for illegal aliens for emergency medical care etc (paraphrasing).   The whole clip is all about healthcare for illegal aliens.l  I don't know how you can say it is not.

It's not specifically care for illegal immigrants, it's just not turning them away for emergency room services, because you know, human decency and not letting people die.

I haven’t seen anyone, anywhere, say anyone shouldn’t get emergency stabilization.

It's not turning them away. They legally can't turn them away.

They want the federal government to reimburse the hospitals for their care.
