That's what I voted for.   In my opinion, anyone who is not happy with this result has some serious issues that they need to resolve.  Anytime foreign gang bangers are arrested and taken off the streets is a good thing.   I cannot see how anyone would think otherwise.

Problem is the detainment and deportation of undocumented residents that committed no crime other than being here. That's part of the reason why we have significant food inflation right now and, in some cases, vegetable crops left rotting in the fields. 

Multiple reasons why Trump's policies are ramping up inflation (in addition to devaluing of the dollar and record-breaking deficit spending) but that's one of them. 

The idiot wingers think they're getting rich because their 401ks are skyrocketing (in terms of nominal dollars only) but are too dumb to realize that so are everybody else's and the main reason is the free falling value of the dollar.

Yeah, they were picking a lot of crops there in south Chicago.    These guys are really going to affect food prices across the country.   However, the folks in that apartment area are probably celebrating their freedom.

Let “he/she trippie” ride with it.   I think it’s impressive how I can post in here while I’m feeding homeless people. Phones aren’t allowed in the kitchen of the homeless shelter i volunteer at so I’m without a phone from approx 9:45 am to 1:15 pm central time.  I love miracles.

In the state I live in you don’t need an ID to vote.  If I’m not a US citizen and Im caught voting in an election my punishment will most likely be deportation.  Which is really the same penalty you’d receive if you’re caught being here unlawfully.

So this topic is restricted to what happened in Chicago with the Tren de Aragua gang.   How is arresting these gang members going to leave crops rotting in the fields?   The question was are you for or against these Tren de Aragua folks, that hijacked an apartment building in Chicago, being arrested and deported?  I honestly doubt they were doing farm work in Chicago.

Even assuming they got this raid in Chicago right, which is not guaranteed, it is only one side of the ICE raids.  The other side is harder to get behind.  Constitution rights being violated/denied.  Hispanic Americans being detained and arrested based on nothing.

Here is the story of an Alabama who has been detained twice by ICE in raids whilst working construction. They had no right to detain him even once and they wouldn't accept a REAL ID as proof of citizenship.
