Looks like cracker barrel's customers cared about this change and subsequently they have changed course by not changing the name graphic or remodel all the stores.  Good for them for listening to their customers!

No.  But like the country, they probably make up at least 40% of their customer base.  Probably more due to their locations primarily being in suburban/exurban areas.
