This is evidently what TDS does to folks.  The title of the article is a question and there's nothing in the article to suggest the answer is anything other than no.

Another theory is a health issue.  The wall is rusting.  By painting it we prevent and cover the rust.  No one knows if these illegal wall climbers have a current tetanus shot.  This may be a Sec of HHS mandate to ensure they survive the climb?  I'm sure Trip can get behind this.  🙂
