yeah creepy!  but what law did this break? and nothing happened at there ? And sometimes they were not even alone. Maybe a team rule maybe school policy. He's no longer on the team; he graduated before disciplinary action.

Not that he couldn't have lost control over the program or there isn't a WHOLE lot of shady stuff going on, but this is bizarre, wreaks of jealousy and pettiness.

Its not as uncommon an opinion as you'd think. Cael has a reputation of backstabbing and then playing the god card. Which now you see his little clones doing. Its ok i tried to f a hookers mouth two days before mothers days right after my traveling ministry or whatever the f, its between me and jesus. Sorry i popped for dhea, bible verse 1:23 ps allah is a false prophet. By their fruits and all that.... hell of winner. Not a perfect man.

That could be the "fun" they always bragged about.  Hypocrisy at the highest level.

That seems like a stretch. Taking the pressure off and remembering this id just a game, a game you love, seems on the up and up to me. The nearly undeniable pattern at this point is making poor decisions and hiding behind, sin, god and salvation. Which is what a lot of religious sheisters do. Its always come off as overly fake and put on. And i suspect it always has been. They could really beleive it though, which is equally gross. Because they will tell you not judge sin based on the person, situation, or sin (kyle snyder) and turn around and be very judgmental themselves. Its human nature. The *I poop my pants, don't laugh at me*ty side. We all have some of it. Its just extra greasy when you pretend youre above it all.

So...THIS is our argument for why he's a narcissist? 

 

If you think he's a dick, fine, but do you understand what a narcissist is and how rare they are? Yet, it's become a stand-in for, "I don't like that person."

 

Yes, they're Jesus Freaks...or to the faithful....Followers of Christ or whatever is respectful. That's kinda what they do. Their WHOLE thing is forgiveness. I don't know what athlete doesn't evoke God when they REALLY screw up and apologize?

There's...maybe 1 or 2 people I can think of that I know that based on all the 0 years of any form of medical training I'd categorize as narcissists and I could be wrong on them.

 

It's up there with "on the spectrum," I'm "neuroodivergent," when...it's more common if you're under 30 to be self diagnosed as neurodivergent than not and... oh, gas lighting. That's one I've seen used a lot. Yeah, or maybe I just DON'T remember you asking 10 times in the last week because I haven't seen you 10 times in the last couple months!

He is a Mormon. Basically I don't know how much of his religion he actually buys into. He does not appear to wear it on his sleeve. Did not serve a mission. 

As a wrestling coach we know he is top notch with a support staff to match.

We have seen him take in a few questionable kids. I think he did so because he believed they could be helped even as  they helped his team. Some didn't work out long term. Every coach has some of this at times.

We have allegations & a lot of discussion. Cael is keeping quiet - just as he does with most of what comes up. I figure he will comment if it is needed. 

Penn State is a tough place for any kind of headlines like this. Sandusky/Paterno won't ever die and the mere allegation of problems brings headlines and investigations. Hope time shows Cael did OK with this. 

As I wrote before, I think he addressed it individually & took what he was told at face value & advised "contact authorities" where warranted. Then let things take  their course. 

Hope it works out. He & the program are good for wrestling.

Also you know that reetarded, mongloid, gaay, you have aids, thats cancerous,etc have been used in modern speech. Words are missused and become part of normal speech all the time. The same has happened for narccisist. So maybe take a breathe if someone is in fact calling your Hero one. They may just be speaking in a modern way.

I don't talk to a lot of people who say "that's cancerous," as part of their normal vernacular, but when you use a term like "sociopath," or some asinine medical diagnosis, it sounds ignorant.... it sounds like a teenage girl whining about the girls she's like...'uh, just so over already...it's like...just toxic, ya know.'

I thought he was not drinking coffee and thought caffeine was a drug. I thought he was that level of Mormon. Maybe he's eased up on that, I don't know. 

 

I'm not very religious and find a lot of hypocrisy in it. I get giving guys a 2nd chance. I would have had zero problems with him bringing Gross in and people LOVE the story about Marstellar in this sport because we love redemption stories. 

I don't really have a strong opinion about Cael's role in this. I don't know how much he has to do with Brooks, I don't know how realistic it is to expect him to boot a kid going for his 5th for an accusation of theft. 

 

He HAS just been quiet. He's quiet when he wins, when he loses. But if Starocci is accused of rape...and I've had a million things going on, I'm still not sure if there's actually an accusation or an accusation via Bartlett... that's gotta be hard for Cael to deal with.

 

If there's hazing and that weird stuff going on... he needs to speak up about that. No room for any of that Diddy stuff in the locker room! (That's speaking in a "modern" way @forkemaz). 

I just don't know how much of this Cael should address.

1-Hazing- yes. Come out strong.
2-RTC guys popping? Eh...what's he say? 'He made a mistake and that's something he'll have to deal with, we don't believe in taking short cuts?' Not much to say there.  

3-Starocci? I still don't know. 

 

Whatever he does, it doesn't take much to dirty a program, it takes a LOT to clean it up though. Penn State goes 4-5 years with absolutely nothing(Which is unlikely with College kids) saying or doing something stupid... I would say DT and Okie St kinda have the 'moral high-ground' now for...whatever that's worth.
