These evangelical "patriots" are the biggest threat to our great nation.

Trip always  conveniently  knows someone to make his “story” on this hear message board.   A pastor with that literal list of things he said:did would have been on the news by now.   No one on this board believes his stories.   You can do you though.

LOL..."seems like his Christianity was likely a factor"...seriously?!?!  The only factor was that he is a whackjob with mental health issues!!  Throw Christianity, lefty, righty, truck driver, gun owner, etc. out the window as those are superficial things that have no bearing on why he did it.

He's not a whack job necessarily because he's Christian but being a whack job is DEFINITELY a cause of people becoming over the top extremist Christians. 100%!!!!

Then they use Christianity as an excuse to commit atrocious acts like this. It's happened since the Spanish inquisition. Christianity has caused millions of deaths.

Christianity has NOT caused millions of deaths.  Severe mentally skewed interpretations and mental gymnastics, and/or plain mental delusion has caused millions of deaths.  Trying to label the deaths into a category is lazy and serves absolutely no purpose other than to make someone feel all warm and fuzzy because they can point their finger at something and say "SEE!  SEE!"

Again, in this case calling him an "extremist Christian" is no more relevant that describing the type of vehicle the person rolled up in.

What's the opportunity for anyone to put people into these superficial buckets when they commit horrific acts??  And where is the hypocrisy in my post?  Or are you just shouting into the wind again about something that you KNOW is going to happen but hasn't and more than likely doesn't??

Agree, Christianity didn’t “cause” it.   But lots of people have killed and claimed it was in the name of Christianity

You're "always strapped?"

Cool G. You're a gangsta! You always stay strapped in Church! And let everyone know!

Not really. They've highly publicized when they happen and they even more rarely white churches(back to the biggest threat to domestic terrorism).

My real name isn't El Luchador, and you don't know what you don't know. I follow a guy who covers church security and confers with federal agents on current risk factors. He covers these attacks and analyzes responses.  Most of what he covers never makes national news. So I stand by my statement.

Look at his Facebook page. Obvious that his religion was huge part of his identity and motives.

Look within your church for the most unstable people.

Churches don't exactly turn their backs on people.

THATS FOR SURE. TONS OF WHACK JOBS. Look around you when you're there, especially if it's evangelical.

You sound like one of those Christians who disagree with every aspect of Christianity.

I'm NOT Christian. I believe in higher power(s) beyond our senses and science but think it's dumb to think you know the exact nature of God.

So yah I think Christianity is dumb, and do are other dogmatic religions.

I don't know the exact nature but he did share a lot about himself to the extent our limited minds can comprehend. He also gave good instructions on how to operate a sustainable society and what his expectations are. Then knowing we would never be able to fulfill his will to perfection he gave us a simple remedy.

Assuming the Bible is accurate account. Monster assumption, given there are many other claims out there too.

🤣😂

This single post clearly represents your level of "thought" used into this, and any other topic on this board, and why you are one of the most ridiculous posters on here that no one takes seriously.

Why?  Looking at what he actually wrote gives insight into his motives

Not sure but there are medical benefits I may not be able to get either, my entire family including wife are here and it may not be easy to get into a nice socialist country if I'm in my 50s. My family makes it a,deal breaker either way. Wife has family here too.

A socialist is nothing more than a patient communist.  Why not just go straight to China since you love them so much?

Christianity hasn't caused millions of deaths?

😂😂😂😂

Apparently somebody never paid attention in history class. Ever. Before modern times, practically every war in Europe was fought because of religion. Probably the last significant battle fought in the West that wasn't because of two warring Christian kingdoms or factions was the Battle of Tours.

Also the Crusades, that was initiated and continued on for years because of Christianity.

Seriously some of you people are just willfully stupid.
