This year, yes. Next year, no - it'll be here in another 6 months or so.

(Did you have a point? Maybe next time, try to make it on your first try, Spanky.)

So it’s over.  Like I said.  Get over it.

for someone that gives out so much advice you might want to take some of it and use it. I know driving a snow plow isn’t hard to do but you definitely aren’t smart enough

I was talking about Jan 6 you idiot

You are one salty biatch, 'lil JimmySpanks.

Jan 6 - that is history.

And as long as you brought it up. Quite an important moment in history as well. One that we should endeavor to remember. The day Trump riled up his minions to block the transfer of power to the next President. The minions attacked law enforcement and illegally smashed their way into the Capitol Building where they found themselves too dumb to know what to do next other than continue to fight with law enforcement. (So, so dumb. Too bad LE wasn't prepared to smash them.)

Law and order all the way - 100% - as long as they aren't in the way of the Trump minions who cluelessly tried to do 'something' that their feckless leader was hollering about. Trump didn't really have a clue either, as usual he just either hollers, or lies, or both and makes no logical sense whatsoever. He gave the order, "let's march - I'll be with you", and then he ghosted them.

Was it an insurrection? No. Was it an attempt at an insurrection? Yes - it was that, but by such feeble-minded folks that you almost have to feel bad for them. I guess that's why Trump pardoned these pathetic minion types. A bunch of suckers.

History is very important.  We learn from history.   I for one hope Jan 6 is something a lot of Americans learn from.

They learned that if they violently take over a govt building in the name of MAGA, they'll get an " I love you" from trumptard.

I thought if government officials surrounding the president & family members commit a bunch of crimes during your presidency and in the past…..  on your behalf……  you’ll just get pardoned.

Protest peacefully is exactly what he said.

it was nothing close to an attempted insurrection.  No where in the insurrection handbook does it say to stop in the middle of taking over a government, put your feet up on a desk and take pictures.  It was a bunch of stupid anarchists just like you TIFA boys are.

Hi @JimmySpeaks.

Sorry I can't quote your post, my internet connection is not good at the moment and the forum doesn't load completely.

About the "Death to America", I can understand how hearing this can feel really disturbing and offensive to Americans. Honestly, I feel the same way when I hear "Death to Iran" — and that’s coming from someone who opposes the Iranian government and doesn’t feel any strong sense of nationalism.

But the reality is that in Iran, even many of the hardcore supporters of the regime — the ones who chant "Death to America" and join pro-government rallies — usually mean it as a condemnation of U.S. government policies, not as a wish for the death of American people. Even Iran's Supreme Leader has clarified this several times in his speeches.

Since this website is about wrestling, maybe I can give a relevant example: many of Iran’s top wrestlers are actually supporters of the Islamic Republic. Most of them come from rural areas, where support for the Ayatollahs is traditionally stronger (urban families are less likely these days to encourage their kids to become wrestlers). These wrestlers' families (I mean top wrestler like Yazdani, Zare,...) probably attend pro-government marches and chant slogans like "Death to America.", but if you look at how those wrestlers interact with American wrestlers at international events, they have great relationships. They love guys like Jordan Burroughs and J'den Cox. Regular Iranian people also generally like Americans — they have warm feelings toward them, even many of those who support the government.

If you check out YouTube channels from American travelers who have visited Iran, you’ll notice a common theme: many say Iran was the most hospitable country they’ve ever been to.

I’m not trying to exaggerate — like I said, I’m not a nationalist at all. I just wanted to share what I’ve seen and experienced firsthand, and to make it clear that even those who chant "Death to America" or (very foolishly) burn American flags are generally expressing anger toward U.S. government policies, not toward the American people themselves.

so you missed my posts mocking him

No, I’m just not one that feels the need to jump on every post in every thread.  I realize that is the inspiration for some one here, but we’re not all the same.

I simply made a statement that history is important.  I can’t really help if people take offense to it.
