In Minnesota, because apparently Minnesota doesn’t record party affiliation.  Of course keep in mind the NY Post was the outlet that reported him being registered as a Republican in 2022.

There is however record of him being registered as a Republican in Oklahoma (note the birthday) prior to moving to Minnesota.

Admittedly haven’t read the news articles all that mich.  Didn’t he have to go to two separate houses to get all his victims ?

Sounds like he will be eligible for the death penalty under federal charges. Good!  
also sounds like law enforcement did an amazing job across all levels or this could have been much worse than it was.
