Hard to pin down who coined the Libtard.  Usage can be traced as far back as 2004 so at least two decades.  I know Rush loved saying it and he probably popularized it.

I have a couple lots on the Mississippi I have a camper on. I'd gladly upgrade to a double wide. It's going to be my summer home in the next 5 years. Then Texas in the winter.

Looking at Galveston, but I'd rather have some acreage myself inland.  Whatever the wife chooses I guess.
