Chris Moore at Illinois qualified for NCAAs as a 165 true freshman, RS last year and should be in the middle of the B1G pack this year at 174. Probably Tier 3 by NHS rankings but I wouldn't be surprised if he has progressed into an R16-R12 profile.

He wouldn't be sniffing Tier 3, all respects due.  I probably have him Tier 6 right now.

Tier 1 - Haines

Tier 2 - Empty

Tier 3 - Pinto, Kharchla, Steed, Ruiz, PK

Tier 4 - Norman, Singleton, Mantanona

Tier 5 - Thompson, Wask, Gaitan, Augustine

*Disclaimer:  Not really researched, just going off top of the head for now

Don't forget Angelo. If I had to pick right now, I'd go:

  1. Angelo
  2. McEnelly
  3. Welsh
  4. Ryder
  5. Sinclair

But, regardless of how it plays out, that group of 5 is insane.

I am kicking myself in the nuts there.

What's the probability that Sinclair goes 184 vs 197?

He is small (88.5 KG, 195lbs) w/ zero cutting.  Being smaller in Folkstyle would hurt him more than MFS.

i meant T3 in B1G my fault. No complaints from me putting him that low nationally until he produces results.

I'd move Wask into tier 4. He has split matches with Norman in his career, lost to Singleton by 2 at NCAAs, and finished 8th. I'd also see the argument of moving Pinto down into tier 4, but I wouldn't die on that hill.

I must also add that I was on my phone and not looking at wrestlestat... legit rattling names off the top of my head. 🤣
