Caveira? Doesn't rank at all, because he's nothing more than a clown show.

News flash for that dope. Heinous crimes are committed all the time by all kinds of people. They are all terrible, but he's trying to squeeze shock value out of it to support his constant BS about Hispanic people being bad.

Here's a recent news article about a white guy from Missouri. It's horrendous. But doesn't call for deporting white guys or deporting those from Missouri. It calls for making sure this individual never sees the light of day again.

N.J. Burkett has the latest details on the shooting, and the suspects in custody.

HARLEM, New York (WABC) -- An off-duty Customs and Border Protection officer who was shot in the face is recovering after an apparent botched robbery in Fort Washington Park on Saturday.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced in a news conference Monday morning that a second suspect was in custody in connection to the incident near the George Washington Bridge.

Both suspects, Christhian Aybar-Berroa and Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, are undocumented immigrants from the Dominican Republic, officials say.
Aybar-Berroa has been arrested eight times between March and April of last year for grand larcenies and robberies.

How tf do they get arrested 8+ times and not get deported.

Because they do things that aren't a big deal. I helped get a guy a green card once who had a DUI. He was facing removal, but we were able to get the removal order vacated and he ended up getting his green card a few months later. There's lots of others who do extraordinarily stupid things that are relatively minor and wouldn't warrant a deportation. For example, disorderly conduct. That's such a catchall for doing anything in public the police or somebody else don't like. Shouting too loudly could be considered disorderly conduct. People get arrested for things like that frequently. Does that mean somebody should be deported over it? I'd rather deport serious criminals who commit violent crimes.

8 times for grand larceny in just 6 or 8 months boss.   You are being silly here.  These are clearly violent criminals who just shot someone.

If you shoot somebody and you aren't sent to prison for years, unless it was self defense or something, then whoever prosecuted the case laid an egg.

Illegal aliens committing grand larceny… should have been deported long before they shot someone.   The political people that enacted these sanctuary city laws should be sued and held civilly liable for this crime.

If somebody is committing crimes that often then it's surprising they're not in jail.

We have found the problem.  T'weep and others believe that crime is not a big deal.  How much "little deal" crime becomes a burden on the citizens nearby?  Every attempt to put structure on this question is highly successful (3 strikes laws, sentencing minimums, etc.) and then ended as soon as the success of it is noticeable and quantified.

Note that T'weeps' team also is very specific about who is doing "no big deal" stuff.  Grandmothers from Kansas taking selfies between velvet ropes must be bankrupted and jailed to the max extent of the law.  Illegal aliens doing 8 more illegal things . . . Meh, not a big deal.

https://nypost.com/2025/07/19/us-news/manhattan-da-quietly-pulls-data-dashboard-amid-slipping-convictions/

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s conviction rate has plunged every year since he took office — and he’s hiding the ugly numbers from the public, The Post has learned.

Just 35% of felony cases — 6,871 out of 19,602 crimes — ended in convictions last year, down from 37% in 2023, 40% in 2022, and 42% in 2021 before Bragg took office, according to data from the state Division of Criminal Justice.

And those numbers are way down from 2019, the last year before New York’s woke discovery reform laws took effect, when 64% of felonies resulted in convictions.

Laying an egg on purpose.   What a waste of taxpayer money to win 35 of 100 cases where the previous AG won almost twice as many.   Bragg is not interested in justice.   He is interested in equity.

I think there's a big difference between disorderly conduct and murder or serious felony crimes. Getting a charge for something stupid like that or trespassing isn't a big deal. The amount of foreign people around here who get arrested for trespassing because they don't understand the way things work is surprisingly high.

Then explain the low success rate?  You take a case to court you better have overwhelming evidence.   Obviously they do not.  And in most cases it shouldn't be that hard.   They are not trying  by design.   I don't know how you can argue otherwise.  Woke DAs across the country are doing this, it isn't just Bragg.

Prosecutors drop cases they don't think they can win. There could be all kinds of reasons. The evidence was improperly obtained, witnesses refuse to cooperate, police inconsistency, or anything else really. But if a prosecutor dropped a case against somebody because they had a soft spot for undocumented immigrants, then they wouldn't be in business long. I've seen some things you'd swear they were dead to rights guilty, but the police screwed up and they can't proceed. It happens more than you think.

Bragg moved on cases and was successful 37% of the time.   So what you are saying is that he is a horrible DA.    And you would be correct.

Maybe the criminals are getting better.  Or the defense lawyers.  Or the jury pool in a city like NY does not care if criminals steal from them, beat them, rape them, kill them, etc.  Maybe Bragg simply needs to go to trial against more straight white males from the other side of the political spectrum.  We know for a fact that Bragg is creative in creating new interpretations of the law and new ways to prosecute cases in front of the right judge and jury.  Heck, he does not even need to articulate a crime nor a victim to get 37 felony convictions in New York.

A Chicago illegal alien.  Released under Chicago’s safety act.   They found a body of a woman he murdered in a container in his back yard.   It was there for two months.  Disgusting.  He decapitated her.

Chicago’s mayors comments on the news.   Transcript below.    Glad he gets his due process lol.     Only after the dead girls mom went to some event in dc and told the story to Trump did the pos get deported.   What’s wrong with these sanctuary city monsters.

00:00:00 --> 00:00:02
What you're saying is quite threatening.

00:00:02 --> 00:00:04
What? Quite threatening really.

00:00:04 --> 00:00:05
Can we move on to the next person here?

00:00:05 --> 00:00:06
Excuse me, Mayor Johnson.

00:00:06 --> 00:00:07
Over the weekend,

00:00:07 --> 00:00:13
ice arrested an illegal alien named Jose Luis Mendoza Gonzalez

00:00:14 --> 00:00:18
who had been released by a safety Act judge.

00:00:19 --> 00:00:19
Um,

00:00:19 --> 00:00:26
for he was charged with sealing a body of a 37 year old mother of two

00:00:26 --> 00:00:28
Megan Boss. In April,

00:00:28 --> 00:00:30
investigators found the body of 37 year old

00:00:30 --> 00:00:34
Megan Boss in a container on Mendoza Gonzalez's property.

00:00:34 --> 00:00:36
She'd been missing for nearly two months.

00:00:36 --> 00:00:40
Mendoza Gonzalez was released to his home after his arrest.

00:00:40 --> 00:00:43
The charges didn't qualify for pretrial detention

00:00:43 --> 00:00:46
under Illinois's Safety Act.

00:00:46 --> 00:00:49
He had her in his backyard

00:00:49 --> 00:00:51
in a trash can for two months

00:00:51 --> 00:00:54
and went on with his life as if nothing happened.

00:00:54 --> 00:00:55
Megan's mom Jennifer

00:00:55 --> 00:00:58
was at the White House last week for a signing ceremony of an anti

00:00:58 --> 00:01:02
fentanyl Bill and told the president about her daughter's case.

00:01:04 --> 00:01:08
Three days later, ice agents took Mendoza Gonzalez into custody

00:01:08 --> 00:01:10
for being in the country illegally

00:01:10 --> 00:01:12
and he's now facing deportation.

00:01:12 --> 00:01:14
I hope that she sees that I'm fighting for her.

00:01:14 --> 00:01:18
Jennifer says she's convinced nothing would have happened in her case

00:01:18 --> 00:01:20
if it weren't for President Trump.

00:01:20 --> 00:01:23
I am so grateful that he stopped and looked at me

00:01:23 --> 00:01:25
when I hollered out at him

00:01:25 --> 00:01:28
because I was starting to feel really hopeless about this case.

00:01:29 --> 00:01:31
Megan Boss, uh,

00:01:31 --> 00:01:34
a body that had been decapitated,

00:01:34 --> 00:01:35
abused, um,

00:01:36 --> 00:01:38
kept in a, we Gotta get to the question. Um, yeah,

00:01:38 --> 00:01:39
I have a quick, you know what,

00:01:39 --> 00:01:41
I have a constitutional right to ask my question.

00:01:41 --> 00:01:42
You do? Okay,

00:01:42 --> 00:01:44
I asked the question. I'm a credential member of the press.

00:01:44 --> 00:01:47
I do have a constitutional right to ask my question. Absolutely.

00:01:47 --> 00:01:47
William, we want,

00:01:47 --> 00:01:50
we want to get to your question and I'm trying to,

00:01:50 --> 00:01:51
if you didn't interrupt me,

00:01:51 --> 00:01:52
I would be done with my question. Sir,

00:01:52 --> 00:01:55
this is not the first time I respectfully ask you to ask the question.

00:01:56 --> 00:01:58
I'd like to finish my question now. May I?

00:02:00 --> 00:02:06
The Megan boss decapitated her body abused in a in a dumpster,

00:02:06 --> 00:02:10
in a bleach filled dumpster on this man's property. Right. Okay.

00:02:12 --> 00:02:14
You have stated over and over and over again

00:02:14 --> 00:02:15
that you don't want ice in Chicago.

00:02:15 --> 00:02:20
If that had been Stacy, if that had been your wife Stacy spotty,

00:02:20 --> 00:02:21
it has been decapitated.

00:02:22 --> 00:02:23
That's not appropriate question.

00:02:23 --> 00:02:25
Yeah, it's a very real people,

00:02:25 --> 00:02:26
the people of Chicago

00:02:26 --> 00:02:29
are asking me to ask you this very specific question.

00:02:29 --> 00:02:31
Had that been your wife Stacy,

00:02:31 --> 00:02:34
would you want ice to pick up this illegal alien?

00:02:35 --> 00:02:36
I'm not gonna entertain your question.

00:02:37 --> 00:02:38
You're not gonna answer. Well, okay,

00:02:38 --> 00:02:40
my final question is regarding,

00:02:40 --> 00:02:43
I actually believe that what you're saying is quite threatening.

00:02:43 --> 00:02:45
What is quite threatening really?

00:02:45 --> 00:02:46
Can we move on to the next person here?

00:02:46 --> 00:02:47
Excuse me, but no,

00:02:47 --> 00:02:49
I, and if you continue to behave in such a way,

00:02:50 --> 00:02:52
We'll just make sure that we take the appropriate steps.

00:02:52 --> 00:02:53
You are threatening and provocative.

00:02:53 --> 00:02:57
This is a question that the real people of Chicago are asking. William,

00:02:57 --> 00:02:58
please give me the microphone.

00:02:58 --> 00:03:00
We ask for respect. We give it to you.

00:03:00 --> 00:03:02
I expect this. This is a very serious question.

00:03:02 --> 00:03:04
We understand. Please give me the microphone.

00:03:05 --> 00:03:06
I do not want to have this conversation.

00:03:07 --> 00:03:10
Please have more respect for the office and for yourself right now.

00:03:10 --> 00:03:11
This is a very serious question

00:03:12 --> 00:03:14
that the real people of Chicago are asking me to ask.

00:03:14 --> 00:03:16

00:03:16 --> 00:03:17
and give me the microphone.

00:03:17 --> 00:03:19
What about the respect for the real people of Chicago

00:03:19 --> 00:03:20
who want this question asked?

00:03:20 --> 00:03:21
Hey, and answer.

00:03:21 --> 00:03:22
We are done, sir.

00:03:23 --> 00:03:24
Please give me the mic. Thank you.

00:03:24 --> 00:03:26
Thanks. All right, bear.

00:03:26 --> 00:03:28

How would you possibly know when exactly the illegally entry occurred?

Sounds a little too convenient to blame Biden.

The twisting of facts doesn't help anybody. Let's just get to the actual facts and go from there.

1)
Cristian Aybar Berroa, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic, illegally entered the United States on June 19, 2022, and was
released into the country on interim parole pending his immigration hearing. New York City ignored his detainer.

He then  committed a litany of crimes in New York City, including arrests for 2nd degree reckless endangerment in May 2023 and 4th degree felony grand larceny and petit larceny in March and April 2024, officials said.

2)

The other assailant in the attack is Miguel Francisco Mora Nunez, a criminal illegal alien from the Dominican Republic. He illegally entered the United States on April 4, 2023, and was released by the Biden Administration into the country.

This criminal illegal alien’s rap sheet includes:
  • On October 11, 2023, the New York City Police Department (NYPD) arrested and charged Nunez with felony grand larceny, petit larceny, and reckless driving.
  • On October 1, 2024, the NYPD arrested and charged Nunez with 2ndand 3rd degree assault.
  • On November 30, 2024, the NYPD arrested Nunez for criminal contempt. On January 13, 2025, he was again attested for criminal contempt.
  • On February 21, 2025, the Leominster Police Department in Massachusetts issued a criminal warrant for Nunez for armed robbery with a firearm.
