I'll start:

Arnold - great wrestler, but can't win the spot at 184 and would have to beat out an AA at 174.

Connor Mirasola - could be an AA somewhere but stuck behind Barr. Could become part of the Askren-to-Mizzou pipeline.

Cole Mirasola - could be a great 197 somewhere, but stuck as an undersized Hwt.

I think Cole Mirasola's future is at heavyweight wherever he goes.  Next year at heavyweight most of the top contenders will be "undersized" heavyweights - this year graduated a lot of really good guys who were 250lbs and up and could really wrestle - Hendrickson, Gable, Kerk, Schulz, Trephan, Heindleman & Luffman - Next year most of the best guys seem to be in that 225 to 240 range.  Trumble, Bastida, Ghiadelli, Kueter, Feldman, Pitzer are all lighter type heavyweights.  Taylor of Lehigh will be a big exception which I hope can work to his favor. He should be up close to the weight limit.  As far as new guys coming in I expect Mirasola, Hopke, and if he doesn't grey shirt Correa will all be light. Attao if he comes in might be a bit on the heavier side.  It will be interesting to see who rises to the top.

This is the kind of analysis and post that makes this forum the best - very good points I had not put together in this way.

has he ever wrestled 125 in college?

I get the thought process with Davino but don't think the lightest option is always the best

its been well documented the bond he has with tom Ryan / cant see him leaving unless ryan leaves

No and I'd be SHOCKED if he could get down to 125. Would it be great for the team? Yes but probably not even feasible. I like watching Bouz and hope he sticks with the Buckeyes.

125: McCrone (Kilkeary not beating him)

133: Davino

141: Bouzakis

149: Mendez (For the team)

I’m going to go with AJ Ferrari’s Holy Spirit… predicting they part ways sometime next year once Ferrari comes to the conclusion that anyone who operates in the dark and taking all the glory is just riding his coat tails and he wants it back for himself .

I could be wrong, but was of the understanding that Connor Mirasola was a light 197 who could make 184. With Cole being his twin, that'd make him a very, very light heavy.

Probably a fair number of wrestlers could get some NIL $ and maybe a more certain roster spot with a move, but just do not have the inclination - including because they do not value maximizing those two things over the stability and value of their current circumstances.  Grateful for the devil they know.   Also, might be few who could score some NIL $$ at OK State, but just will not choke down the cowboy hat.

Mendez has been pretty vocal he's staying at 141.
