I really am not a pardon expert.  Other than well…. They get out of jail and are pardoned.  Do they sacrifice the right to sue to get one?  will there be an nda?

Is it also true he will appoint Barron as the first governor of the great state of Canada?  It doesn't quite seem right him being a baron and all.

Since it wasn’t an insurrection.   Something in that department.

Who was charged and convicted for that?

Who would they sue?

Given that these people were 12-0’d in a DC courtroom, you think they are going to win a civil case in DC, and NOT get countersued into oblivion?

I’m not asking that.  I’m asking do they have the right to try.

Also… we don’t know what political garbage will come out when Trump takes office.    Who knows what shenanigans the Ds did or didn’t play.  There could have been all kinds of nefarious stuff that happened.  Who knows.   Subpoena pelosi’s texts/emails/vodka purchases.  That could be fun.

Good luck convincing a judge that a person convicted of battery on a police officer was somehow lured to the Capitol by Nancy Pelosi and that her emails hold the secret to this grand conspiracy.

You’d have to demonstrate a real reason, not just, “Nancy Pelosi was Speaker when I slugged a cop in DC.”

They have the right to try. It’s a civil matter, and has nothing to do with their pardon.

Credible Source.  Seems extremely over exaggerated.
