Justin Trudeau is complaining that the US has not voted in a woman president after 2 tries.  So obviously we hate women.

My opinion is that we are ready for a woman president, just not a shrill liar (Shillary) or a complete buffoon (Mamala).   People who pretend to be who they are not.   If the Rs or Ds put up a worthy candidate, they would/could win.   There have been many women governors in the states so those states are not hating on women.

My opinion is that the two candidates we have had to choose from were completely flawed.   Hillary was better prepared for the job than Kamala.  Both were extremely unlikeable.

suggesting it's ironic b/c you deem Trump to be both does not mean that Hillary isn't evil, or Kamala isn't a total dipsh!t.

but ho hum, another day, another identity politic charge.

and if the two ladies mentioned above had R's next to their name, this isn't a topic

I would have felt that Tulsi would be good as a D candidate when she ran.   She ran circles around Kamala.  I was for De Santis but could have seen myself siding with Nikki Haley this go around.   She is worlds away more competent than Kamala.   Hillary, for some reason, thought she was owed the Presidency and acted like that.  The Ds bowed down to her as if she was the heir apparent and had to turn off a strong candidate in Bernie.   Bernie is crazy but was giving Hillary a run for her money until he got shut down in what we might call the first anti-democracy move of the DNC, which was how it was understood at the time.

All either party has to do is to run a quality woman candidate.   Up to now that has not happened.  Hopefully the D's ahve learned that lesson.

Harris Won the Second-Most Votes of Any Democratic Presidential Nominee Ever

By Jim Geraghty

November 16, 2024 9:31 AM

Way back on October 24, I wrote, “In fact, no matter how the Electoral College shakes out, there’s a decent chance that, next month, more Americans will cast a ballot for Kamala Harris than anyone else in U.S. history.”

That obviously did not come to pass. But Harris has, as of this writing, the fourth-most votes of any presidential candidate in U.S. history, the most by any woman, and the second-most by any Democrat, ever. She’s won about 4 million more votes than Barack Obama in 2008, 7.2 million more votes that Obama in 2012, 7.3 million more votes than Hillary Clinton, and 10.1 million more votes than Donald Trump in 2016.

So I guess we are not against women really.   Now that all the data is in, she got more votes than Hillary.   Just not enough to beat Trump.

Weak/stupid/simple minded/etc. take...being a woman has and had nothing to do with who America voted to be president.  Hate when people go to race or sex as an excuse for things...so dumb!

One could ask Trudeau if he is no concerned with this why not vacate his position for a woman.

See how that goes.

Well you’re pretty close.  The irony is two fold. Fold #1 is yes you pull out liar while all the while nut swinging over the worst liar in the history of politics.

Fold #2 is someone who runs around behaving like an elementary school child, case in point with the cute playground nicknames, calling someone a baffoon.

you're a good dude, Rasta.

but you're either not intelligent, or utterly biased to the extent it makes you stupid.

Biased?  I didn’t say you were wrong.  I just noted the irony in the reasons you gave, given the characteristics of the nuts you and others swing from.

Hypocrisy is drenched in bias.

Yes the US hates women.  And it is reflected in red state policies

Yes.  That is why only 32 different states, DC, and several US territories have selected women leaders.  And women hate women in red states.  Especially the ones that have had women governors like Texas, South Carolina, Kentucky, Montana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, South Dakota, Iowa, Wyoming.

The latest two republican women governors preside over the he-man women hating testosterone dens of New Hampshire and Puerto Rico.

Here are the states never to have had a woman governor.  Note the world famous true blue chick havens such as California, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota.  They must really hate their women to love their women so much yet not be able to find their way to make one governor.

Or, maybe . . . just maybe, genitals have nothing to do with elections any longer.  Representing the goals and needs of the electorate is more highly correlated with electability than chromosomes.

18 states have never had a female governor:

California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_female_governors_in_the_United_States

You might look here.

Red States - Alabama, Iowa, S Dakota, Kansas, Arizona, Arkansas are states currently with female governors.

Blue States - Michigan, New Mexico, Maine, New York, Massachusetts, Oregon.

Looks like there are 12 evenly split.   6 in red states, 6 in blue states.

Care to justify anymore there Neut?

🙄 if you vote R you swing from someone's nuts? there's that tolerant left i love so much.

just give it up. hillary was evil and kamala a moron. it's ok. just admit it.

you can say trump is too, but that's not going to make it true nor reverse the election.

You’re not tribal/cultish at all.  And you obviously haven’t been paying attention to your own site.

Your tantrums are fun though. Don’t give it up.
