Yes he is racist. Not only with his words but his actions. It is well documented. 2. He praised Hitler in private and has expressed admiration for similar activities, such as rounding people up, using the military against people he doesn't like, etc. his open praise of dictators who murder their political opponents is more than troubling. 1
