Now that True Freshman can wrestle attached first semester, is it possible that a Coach, who had always been planning to RS them, has them compete attached intending to document an injury that they can then assert prevents them from wrestling in accordance with Medical RS criteria?

This way, at least theoretically, they might put a Medical RS in the bank and subsequently use the resulting lineup flexibility in the current and future years.

Enjoy your morning pastries everyone.

If you, or anyone on here, can theorize about a possible potential manipulation of a process intended to be used for the well-being of a student athlete, then you bet your ass there are coaches who already have too.

The live, breathe and bleed this shit.

I mean... rumor has it that Bono and Reader are already trying to use this for LaMont - citing an email that apparently only they were the recipients of.

Saw believe it was a football case of a kid receiving eligibility for 9th year.  Until we figure out some new tricks to get all 12 years of eligibility - it just aint fair!  🙄

That would then make it official,  LaMont will have had a 15 year collegiate rasslin career.

I swear I remember him from there old WWC conference that UNI was in before even the MAC.

The only one longer would be Tanner Hall.

Apparently he would still have eligibility had Schultz not shown up.

What was he at on the end?  42 years young?

1) i think you have to have missed two years due to injury to receive 1 year for a medical. in other words, if you get injured as a true frosh you ain't getting a medical. (although, actually...they could, down the road, fake another injury)

2) Demetrius Romero has to be up there

3) this abomination

Hall was only old because he did a 2 year mission and delayed his enrollment .... Demetrius Romero is in his 8th year this year.

I am sure he was very good in high school.

I am also sure that when he looked to his peers on the left and right of him at that time the phrase "These m*th*r f*ck*rs are basic.  They elementary." held an entirely different meaning at the time.
