No for a couple reason He is ranked #24 adn didn't win a match at Big Ten and then defaulted in the 9th place bracket and finished what would be 12th and they only had 8 qualifications. 
Wask finished 7th and the EIWA had 6 allocations and he went 3-2 at EIWA.  He is also #26 ranked

Bubba Wilson of Nebraska. He is ranked 31st But I could see him stealing that last spot. But I would pick Wask
Wask has wins over Murphy of Campbell and Faison of NC State which are in the field. 
Wilson only field win is over Tyler Eichens of North Carolina.

Plus, Wask qualified the weight for EIWA.

Are you going off actual criteria?  Meaning predicting base on that or are these who you think deserve.

Not sure exact criteria, but I do believe most of your selections are accurate.

Of note: Washington is 3W - 0L against common opponents this year, where Wask is 2W - 2L.

Fields is also 2-0 against Heller.

Then I think Fields takes the spot from Mulvaney. I think I may have thought Fields had already qualified. 
I went down the ranking and saw where the placed at Conference and if they earned the conference an allocation. So those were the ones I came up with. 
As far as Washington I think I was a little prejudice when it came to him from the year he finished 14th at Big Ten and qualified (Which is absurd that all 14 qualified) and then promptly went 0-2 also he has also gone 3-7 since the Southern Scuffle. 

If you think about taking Washington you should probably take DJ Shannon insted who is 11-18 with two of those wins over Washington in the last month.

Not sure if Hepner will get an at large even though I’d like him to. They have 10 allocations at 65’ and he finished 12th and looked horrible…. That be a lot from one weight class from one conference to get 12 out of 14 in the big dance

On March 11, wrestlers in each weight class will receive an updated Win %, RPI and coaches’ ranking that includes all
competition through the qualifying events. Wrestlers who meet or exceed any two of the following criteria will be eligible
for at-large consideration:
● .700 Win %
● Top 33 RPI
● Top 33 CR
● .700 winning percentage against all competition
● One win against a wrestler receiving an earned position (pre-allocated)

They put all 14 184lbers in a few years back (+/-).

In years past, it seemed like they valued conference placement and wins over automatic qualifiers the most.
