When updated rankings come out this week, MM should be #2 in my opinion.  Undefeated.  Beat up on Caliendo…who just beat Olejnik (Caliendo looked sharp).  No one has really been close with him.  Not sure why Intermat has him still at #6.  Can’t wait for 165 at NCAA’s…should be most exciting bracket this year.  
 

On a side note, the other guy getting no respect in the rankings is Glazier…he’s like 21-1 with AB being his only loss, and he’s not even ranked inside the top 10.

I thought you were going to tell us about a high school phenom that was going to be the next Mesenbrink.  I already got up in arms to say "there will never be another Mesenbrink!"

As an aside - I just have to say that I will be absolutely furious if we don't get to see Mesenbrink vs Hamiti at some point this year

Messenbrink #2 has no better chance of AAing than Messenbrink #1 or for that matter Mesinbrink.  There is zero chance, even Nelson Brands won't take that bet.

My fear is that Hamiti faces Amine in the semis and loses (because he can never beat him) and then we get cheated out of the matchup at nationals too.  Both Hamiti and Mesenbrink have non-stop pace, but very different offensive skillsets so I just want to see the constant attacks.

In the past, Amine has not reacted much to Hamiti's fakes and movements.  Often times, Hamiti can use the reaction to his fakes and arm movements to propel the next sequence of offense for him.  Amine doesn't bite and then Hamiti has been stifled.  I hope he can figure it out - but with Bono and the boys helping him out, I'm not sure how confident I would be

Yes.

If Carr's lone loss was to O'Toole and he avenged it at Big 12's then he'd get the 1--that's not the case this year with his loss coming to Ramirez.
