what was their win%, at weight, against other D-1 wrestlers who are not Hokies?

His win % was also below 72 which wound up being the cutoff.

Did Vasquez even earn an allocation at 141? He was 7-2 and didn't qualify for RPI.

They only had Belton and Vasquez in top 33 at 141...only Belton in RPI... they got two allocations.

Vasquez bolstered his numbers at the "Cowboy Open" to earn the Allocation (along with Carlson - SDSU).

1 allocation is probably accurate as Palmer's best win this season is Blaze. Palmer also has two losses to in conference opponent from App State.
