I moved the other TV .  After a simple question it was apparent no amount/$ value of gloves, cocoa & hoodies were going to solve this problem.  Two big screens side by side, tablet & smart phone ready to go.

I see a lot of people standing in the breakrooms at my place of employment watching kickball, and nobody gets any work done, and no complaints. They all freak out when I am watching the NCAAs on my phone, and with headphones.
