Lol, it got 8 nominations, including best picture. People have lost their minds. Robbie was better than Ferrara, but neither were exceptional.

Media literacy is at an all time low in America. This is why we need the humanities in education.

It's funny Margot Robbie is nominated for Barbie as a producer, and Greta Gerwig is nominated for Adapted Screenplay. Those parts of what they did are more impressive than their acting or directing to me. No one wants to mention that, or that America Ferrera was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Barbie. 

Neither category has a real head scratcher they should be in over. They just missed out on the 5th spot and there were several others that had a good case for that spot as well.
