Didn't Heflin beat Nickal down pretty recent to that?  Something to the tune of 10-5 or something?

Yikes forgot about that beatdown! Nickal really lost twice because, once again, refs are scared to call a pin against PSU.

But Nickal stormed through the (much weaker) 92 bracket and had two tight matches against Cox. I think he would have made the standard PSU adjustments and taken out Heflin if they met again. PD3 would have been a blowout. All just conjecture anyways, but it's the offseason so what else is there to talk about lol
