Iowa targeting an 8th transfer starter - Travis Wittlake

Wittlake had a good reception by OSU fans at the dual against OkSt.

Also I want to share this video where he was 12 and committed to Oregon State originally.  I have always kept him to his word. Thank you Travis for fulfilling it.

Pendleton may be able to bump his level.

I agree... He will also have some good workout partners around him. Staying healthy will be the key.

I am betting that John was in favor of this knowing he'd get to work with Pendelton, have Munoz (& others) to train with and be back in home state.

99% certain this is what they were talking about at the dual last year.

2 - Whisenhunt and Wittlake - 7 from the West

141, 149 and 197 will be interesting weights for OSU. I wouldn't give the 197 spot to Mower quite yet.

7 transfer on the list posted... but I am not sure that's an accurate lineup...but it could be.  3 of those guys had to find new homes and Munoz is simply a Pendelton guy. Lineup will look very different in 2024...but that's kinda how it is now I guess.

We are considering JC guys as transfers?  It's not like they could have stayed at those JCs and continued to wrestle.

I'm not proposing for the whole community to make the same interpretation as I did, but yeah I did see it that way.  And also, I thought it was interesting to make note that a community college in Iowa has three starters on a good team based in Oregon

I agree - that is unique.  I think that mainly has to do with Rhoden having deep connections within the JC world.

Considering NIL hoopla and the short example of Coach PRIME at Colorado - why not take full advantage of the rules? T&T are not Dan Gable no matter how much they are associated with him and his legacy. They need all the help they can recruit so why not go for it now?

Is this a minnow prediction, a Du interpretation of minnow info, a straight Du inside info, or did some spy Plott hanging out with Joe over the summer?  🤔

Speaking of Minnow, who saw that creepy ass post of him playing against Bo Bassett in Fantasy Football?  Creepy as hell, and posts the score to prove that he and a 14 year old are "buddies."

Cool video, thanks for sharing.  How many matches did he say he wrestled in 3 years?
