132. He also asked Ms. Dunphy if she knew anyone in need of a pardon, telling her that
he was selling pardons for $2 million, which he and President Trump would split. He told
Ms. Dunphy that she could refer individuals seeking pardons to him, so long as they did not go
through “the normal channels” of the Office of the Pardon Attorney, because correspondence
going to that office would be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.

There are tapes...

52. Giuliani and Ms. Dunphy also discussed during the interview that she one day write
a book on Giuliani and Trump.

53. Giuliani gave Ms. Dunphy permission to record her interactions with Giuliani
anytime, anywhere, as well as Giuliani’s interactions with others. Giuliani thereafter continually
permitted and authorized Ms. Dunphy to make such recordings. He never asked her to stop
recording any interaction. At times, Giuliani pressed “record” himself on Ms. Dunphy’s cell phone
to record their conversations.

This 'Stop the Steal' bullshit started 2019

124. On February 7, 2019, Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy to take a note to remind him to pay
taxes on a private jet ride he was gifted by a friend. The same day, Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy, in
her capacity as his employee, about a plan that had been prepared for if Trump lost the 2020
election. Specifically, Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that Trump’s team would claim that there was
voter fraud” and that Trump had actually won the election. This plan was discussed at several
business meetings with Giuliani and Lev Parnas.

A report has verdicts? Even Kash Patel can’t be that stupid, right?

Or, is he selling a pack of lies to idiots?

You certainly sound interested, but you don’t have to take his word for it.

A verdict is something that a judge or a jury hands down. Given that one person has been charged by Durham, and found not guilty at that, I don’t believe I’ll take the words of Kash Patel at face value.

Surely, if there are verdicts, there are charging documents, right? Where are those? When were the trails?

So, his official report doesn't recommend any new charges.

Got it.

I'll admit I was wrong about one thing. A single guy, Kevin Clinesmith, pled guilty a couple years ago. He's the single person who was charged and convicted of anything as a result of Durham's probe.

Durham is an abject loser, but he knows his audience.  His mission is to supply MAGA with fact-free narrative.  His multi-year pup and pony show netted one plea bargain, 0 days in jail and crushing, humiliating acquittals.

MAGA.  Make America Great Again.  Sounds good.  Fact free?  Hardly.  It’s the summation of the worst scandal in US history.  At least until the Biden story unfolds.

The woman who just sued Giuliani for sexual assault reportedly has recordings of conversations and 23,000 emails from his account, including exchanges with senior Trump officials and advisors. Time for a grand jury subpoena from the special counsel.

Presidents have the ability to declassify anything anytime, vice presidents don’t.

Classification doesn't matter.
Trump's going to get indicted under the Espionage Act and illegal possession of National Defense Information.
Conspiracy to commit and obstruction charges will also likely get added.

Dream on.  Will you be going to his inauguration?
