"alan dershowitz" defends "jeffrey epstein"

So what you are trying to say is that any lawyer would have been wrong to represent Epstein.   That is patently wrong.   But this has no bearing on his opinions on matters of the day.   If you could show where he said X but it turned out that Y happened, that is what I am looking for.

Dersh was a frequent guest at Esptein's place.

He got massages from young girls there, but claimed he kept his underwear on...

So this makes his legal opinions wrong?   The question you were attempting to answer was that he was wrong in one of his legal opinions.   You still have not shown that.  You are attempting to show he has low moral character.   Does that mean his legal opinions are wrong?   I'm not saying he has never been wrong, but he is held in high esteem as one of the great legal minds of our time.  There must be a reason for that.

Is there no boundary for you.  That does not say what you said.  You really have overstressed your credibility allowance to the point of irrelevance.  Be well, sir.

That's what he says on the video.

It's his own words.

The phrase “young girls” is yours, not his.  Made up out of whole cloth.  By you.  Sit on it and enjoy it.  It’s all you’ve got, it’s your existence, your raison d'etre.  Unenlightened, blissful, hegemony with a slight embellishment of illiteracy is no way to expend one’s life.  Dig it?

Your life must be painful.

“Presidents are allowed to take their records when they leave office,” said Davis.”
“It doesn’t matter what one’s understanding or misunderstanding of the law is,” said Davis. “It matters what the law is. And the law is very clear under the Presidential Records Act that presidents are allowed to take their presidential records when they leave office. And presidential records are any documents created or received by the president or his White House staff.”
“President Trump lawfully took his presidential records,” said Davis. “Biden stole Obama’s classified records and stole classified records when he was a senator. That is called espionage.”

I can assure you that this is not true.

It’s actually wildly, hilariously wrong. I hope this person is not providing paid legal counsel to anyone.
