Hamdan, Michigan State, up 4-2 on Bergeland, Minnesota, after the 1st period.

He is avoiding keeping the match on the mat, which is Bergeland's strength in the match.

Got over 1 minute of RT before Bergeland got the escape.

4-3 after the 2nd.  Hamdan should choose neutral to start the 3rd.

He doesn't.  Low match IQ.  RT was 1:01.

Just a note to say that with Byrd's pin, that has to put the ILLINI in first place. Or close.

Also, Patrick McKee's haircut is so awful he must have instructed his hairdresser to analyze each follicle to determine the exact length it needed to be to be the most unpleasant. Since that could take a year or more to do, I suspect a computer program, perhaps AI-assisted, must have been employed.

When you eliminate the impossible, what is left, no matter how improbable, must be the solution.

GO ILLINI!!!

Bergeland with a tying TD on the edge, but the brick is thrown...

Michigan State homer here... I think they lose their brick for this session in this.  That was a TD.

Agree on McKee's hair, although the trainer for Michigan cleaning up the blood might have second place locked up.

Omania, Michigan State, going Greco on Murin, Iowa, to open up their 149lb bout.  Up 2-0 to start.

I blinked.  Murin got a reversal and Omania passed out?

Omania taking injury time. Anybody see what happened?

Looks like he is heading to the back for concussion check.  Must have been a hard reverse.

They wont show the replay.  A dart came flying through the screen into Omania's neck from the Iowa corner
