Did they ever say where they were going to be held in 2027?
  2. crossface21
Are the wild cards released earlier than the full brackets? I thought in years past they announced those the day before.

Wisconsin is no longer attending. So no Amos.

    From what I read, she's normally 57kg.

If it plays out to O'Toole vs Mesenbrink, it's an all Arrowhead HS final. Their time at Arrowhead overlapped by 2 years in HS.

If it's at Welsh Ryan, then I guess gotta make sure to get tix early.

I don't think there's any way Welsh Ryan Arena would be used with such a small capacity. All State Arena in Rosemont would be an option at 18,500. NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates is where they hold the Midlands is around 11,500, which is my guess of where they would hold it.

Sparks tweeted that 2025 will be at Northwestern and 2026 will be at Penn State

A.J. Shopp did it in 2015. Lost his first match and won his next 7 matches to place 3rd. Won 4 of those by pin. Ended up scoring 21 team points, as much as at least one champion scored.

Through 125/133 it looked like we were gonna be in for a wild ride in the 1st session and then things calmed down considerably. Lots of close calls, but in the end most of the favored seeds pulled it out.

Wrong bracket. You're talking about 149. We know Millner is being removed from 149. And we know that McGonagle has been removed from 133.

Ethan Oakley from Appalachian State is now in the bracket accoding to App State twitter. Anyone have any idea who had to drop out because of injury? Does everyone else just slide up a spot and he comes in as the pigtail?

On the ESPN+ app, they have each individual mat plus a stream with all 8 mats at once. But obviously you need a pretty big TV so thatyou can really see what is going on if you have the 8-mat screen going.

Are there any actual rules to this? Otherwise I'm thinking Gomez will get a decently high seed. And by high I mean Top 15. He could be a bracket buster seeded so low.

I'm a Wisconsin fan and love watching Gomez, but it was illegal. He left his feet.

Gomez medical defaults out of the tournament

    #11 Zargo(Wisconson) beats #6 Pucino(Illinois) 8-4. First upset of the tournament.

In Wisconsin: Except for events held in bordering states (MN, IL, MI and IA), no approval shall be provided for more than one out-of-state competition, event and/or scrimmage per team each school season.
