An 8 year old (without decision making autonomy) who's family was fleeing a war torn country and subsequently spent 4 years in a refugee camp- throw the book at her! 

It’s not my sensitivity, it was FBI Hur that said Biden was too old to prosecute.  As for fleeing a war torn country, that becomes more critical when you’ve been a high ranking officer in a deposed genocidal military.  Nobody is concerned with what names might have been used in Kenya, on applications to the U.S., when she was 12 or 13, is a different matter.  Given her dad’s history, they probably wouldn’t have legally obtained immigration to the U.S., maybe France.

Thank god her parents werent also basically children when they had her to avoid further bad child rearing decisions than trying to save the lives of their family... The affects of teen pregnancy on children can be harmful to one's decision making.

The ignorance is you giving Omar a free pass because she was only 8 yet you’re ok with 8 yr olds making permanent changes to their own bodies.  You do realize how stupid that makes you?

The investigation into Omar began with the Biden admin.   It has continued until now with the Trump admin.   Why is Trump the bad guy but Biden is not?  

The WA DC area judge would  not have signed off on the warrant for her house to be searched unless there was ample evidence of wrong doing.   She is an elected official running for re-election and judges are not usually disposed to go after those people right before an election.  

She is being investigated for coming into the country when she was 18 rather than 17.   

She is being investigated for marrying her brother.   Just recently when asked if she married her brother, she didn't say NO ARE YOU NUTS!!!!!   She said, "not to my knowledge".   Who says that to such a question?   

She is being investigated for the fraud that is going on in MN that is Somali lead.   Not all fraud in MN is Somali lead, but the fraud that is seems tied to her and that is part of the investigation.   

Her net worth climbed from nothing to $30 million and oopsie, there was a little error, it is really $100k.   So that is also being investigated.   

Rather than stand up and fight this like someone that has nothing to hide, she hid for 6 days and popped up yesterday to ask for money.   She is in no danger of not being elected back to Congress.   However she is in danger of being de-naturalized and sent back to Somalia.   That is what I understand.
