I think you guys went with the wrong playbook talking point on this.  Of actual protest videos, I’m still seeing majority whiteys (and majority peaceful).  I think your argument should really be too many immigrants is why they’re protesting the schools, but instead you’re trying to argue they aren’t actually protesting the schools.

How can a country where the government spends 57% of GDP have underfunded schools?  

I bet if we look at the total "education" budget and divide by the number of students we'd find a very lucratively funded school system in France.  With the bureaucrats and administrators raking in all the money.  And, lefties always lead bureaucracy and administration so the lefties steal money - via confiscatiory taxes - from the producers of society then steal that money from the intended recipients.  Coming soon to a progressive jurisdiction near you - like Minnesota.

It’s another example of the left’s, the red/greens, operation manual.  When faced with a situation that is less than optimal, the play is to destroy it rather than coming together to make it better.  Working through adverse conditions to accomplish goals regardless.  Pitching in to make improvements.  Where were the air conditioned school rooms for the students who fought the second World Wars?  I guess kids were tougher back then.

The article Jimmy linked claims 9-10k per student.  I guess that’s after including all the ‘new’ students.
