Very much documented.  In addition to the huge governmental malfeasance of uncontrolled illegal and "refugee"  immigration.against the will of the native population (i.e. citizens) the  British police and courts have been avoiding arresting, prosecuting, incarcerating, and deporting Asian criminals for decades.  Your not knowing this is a further indication of our biased and failed education system and news media.  The worst part is that I believe you are honestly ignorant about it and not just trolling.

In the OP one tweet calls for justice for Henry Nowak - his killer is incarcerated serving a life sentence.  It also calls for justice for Stephen Ogilvie - the man who attacked him was arrested at the scene and has been charged with attempted murder.  Are you sure these criminals were on the better tier of the two tier system?  I don't think more serious charges and sentences are even available in the UK.

I suspect authorities and the media treated Hadi Alodid similar to any other person who attempted a similar knife attack.  The people Caviara follow on twitter want a single stabbing to be front page news across the county that stays in the news cycle for weeks. This is because they see this as a path to change an immigration policy they don't like.  The media treatment of it was less treating it differently and more not treating it differently in a way that benefits the right politically.  Amplifying one off anecdotes is probably the best chance they have to bolster their case because system wide statistics probably lean to show the opposite - more harsh treatment for minorities.  It should be telling that even the examples they decided to amplify don't even support their premise.  They are either lazy or wrong.

Justice would have been the police giving him enough deference to examine him for the wounds that he claimed and then getting him to the emergency treatment he needed.  It’s not @Caveira’s algorithms that are causing the riots in Belfast.

Police definitely messed up in the Nowak killing, but unless Caveira's twitter follows have a time machine that can't be the justice they are talking about. Do you want the police charged?  Money damages?

They were wrong, but the police also received conflicting information.  Digwa was claiming that he had been attacked and that Nowak had not been stabbed.  Digwa's brother had also called emergency services saying Digwa was the victim of a racist attack, no weapon was used, and the victim needed medical attention.  The operator said police and an ambulance would be sent.  Since an ambulance was being sent the police mistake shouldn't have delayed the ambulance at all.  On scene the police could have rendered medical aid sooner without the mistake.  They uncuffed Nowak and started CPR 2m 49s after arriving and 2m after Nowak first said he was stabbed.

Having to sort through the conflicting accounts and there being no eye witnesses apart from Nowak and Digwa how much do you think the police mistake delayed aid? They probably couldn't instantly determine what had happened.  Do you think the delay due to the mistake changed the outcome for Nowak?  How much blame for the delay should be placed on the Digwas for providing false information vs the police for relying on it?  How does the "two tier" justice system fit in here?

Have you not watched the reports from Belfast?  I think they’d be a good source for the answers you’re looking for.  I will add that it has been my impression that Police Academy is where you might gain the knowledge of how to distinguish who’s an assault victim when one guy is walking around saying he was assaulted while the other guy is writhing on the ground in pain and bleeding to death.

Didn't Digwa knife Nowak?   I give him all the blame.

Nowak told the police he was stabbed and the police said "I don't think so".   Maybe they should have tried to figure out why he was on the ground complaining of being stabbed rather than dismissing what he said.   Blame to the police.

The police got a call about a race attack and Digwa was assaulted.  So when they get there they expect Digwa to be on the ground.   Instead Nowak was on the ground and Digwa was on his feet complaining about an attack.  Something is wrong with this picture.   This is where common sense and proper training come in.   Noting this scene, they should detain Digwa so he can't get away and evaluate Nowak carefully to see if he is telling the truth.    But that is not how police officials are to act.   They are to believe the foreigner and dismiss the cracker.  It is the Me Too movement for foreigners.   Rather than using common sense and your own two eye balls, they dismissed Nowak and he died as a result.   Digwa and his brother should be deported if there illegally.   If there legally, Digwa goes to the pokey, his brother filed a false report and goes to the pokey.

I don't know if this was racial bias as much as it was confirmation bias.  You see confirmation bias in many places but one place where it features prominently is aviation accidents.  Some accidents are caused by a pilot with a false belief or mental model of the situation and he/she holds onto the false belief very strongly.  Sometimes a pilot suffering from confirmation bias will believe their 100% accurate and functional instruments are broken/unreliable to maintain consistency with their false mental model.  I think that's probably what happened to the police here.  They got a call of a white man assaulting an Indian man and went to the call with that mental model.  Finding Nowak on the ground bleeding from his mouth and face they filled in the gaps in a way that fit their existing mental model.

This happened late at night in an area where there are bars and Nowak had come from a bar before the attack.  One such story could be Nowak left the bar drunk saw Digwa on the street in a turbon and started harassed him saying things like leave the country.  Things escalated and Nowak assaulted Digwa.  Digwa fought back possibly with the help from his brother and got the better of Nowak.  These events are consistent with the emergency call and explain why Nowak is on the ground bleeding from his mouth/face (His most serious injury was actually unseen internal bleeding from being stabbed in the chest).  It is also consistent with Digwa's claim that he he had swelling to his face and Nowak had knocked off his turbon.

If you reverse the races involved and make Nowak Indian and Digwa and his brother white dual Polish/British citizens I could see a similar thing happening.  I think confirmation rather than racial bias played a larger roll.

I don't know if Digwa is a UK citizen.  Digwa, his father, and his brother were all born in England and his mother was born in India.  UK citizenship goes by blood not place of birth and I haven't been able to definitively find if Digwa was a UK citizen he was born and raised in England. He was definitely not a migrant and doesn't fit the traditional definition of immigrant.

Digwa's entire family faces charges from this.  His mother is being charged related to removing the knife from the scene.  Digwa, his brother, and his father face weapons charges.  It seems crazy that the murder trail has concluded only 6-7 months after the attack and all these other lesser charges are still pending.  It doesn't really work that way in the US.

I don't think Digwa's brother is facing charges relating to the false report, but it might be a more difficult case to make.  Digwa's brother was not present for the attack and they would likely have to prove he knowingly made a false report.  He could claim that Digwa told him he was attacked which leaves doubt that could only be refuted with testimony from Digwa.

I don't know that even if the police reacted perfectly Nowak could have been saved here.  The ambulance should have already been on the way as a result of the emergency services call.  I am sure moving Nowak and handcuffing him did not help, but I don't think there is much they could have done to help the internal bleeding from the stab to his chest.  Nowak likely dies either way.  The police should have maintained an open mind and practiced flexible thinking, but that takes time vs jumping to a conclusion.  Nowak didn't really have any time to spare.

The scenario you described is one possible version of events, but it was not accepted by the jury or the judge as what happened.

Here's what is supported by evidence from the trial:

  • Digwa claimed that Henry Nowak was drunk, racially abused him, punched him, knocked off his turban, grabbed his hair, and threatened to kill him.
  • Digwa also claimed he acted in self-defense and that he only intended to stab Nowak in the legs.
  • There was evidence that Nowak had been drinking and was returning from a night out with friends.
  • Digwa reported facial swelling and said his turban had been knocked off. His brother's 999 call also reported that allegation.

However:

  • Prosecutors argued Digwa's account was false and pointed to video evidence, witness evidence, and his conduct after the stabbing.
  • The jury convicted Digwa of murder, rejecting his self-defense claim.
  • The sentencing judge stated he was sure Nowak had not made racist remarks and rejected the defense version of events.

I was discussing what the police may have believed at the scene.  Confirmation bias can be especially strong with police officers.  Once a police officer suspects you have committed a crime you become a criminal in their eyes.  A criminal has every reason to lie and police will dismiss anything that suspect says that indicates they are innocent.  The officer will look at the suspects words and actions not from the perspective of figuring out what has happened, but to build a case.

There is an old saying when dealing with the police that you can beat the rap but you can't beat the ride.  It is nigh impossible for a suspect to convince the police of his innocence at the scene, but that changes in court.  If Digwa had beaten Nowak with his hands instead of stabbing him and Nowak had been merely injured Nowak probably would have spent the night in police custody and it could have taken days, weeks, or months to clear his name.  Without a murder police would have been less likely to track down witnesses and video leaving the difficult work to Nowak.  If this hypothetical had occurred somewhere that's tough on crime by denying to setting high bond Nowak might have had to figure out how to clear his name from jail.

I think the court found that Digwa's turban was knocked off in the altercation, but that Digwa was the aggressor.  Nowak might have hit him and the turban came off, but Digwa had attacked Nowak and not the other way around. Digwa was not wearing a turban in the body cam video that was released.  The other stuff in that first bullet point was false.  Nowak's BAC was not zero but under the drink-drive limit.  They didn't believe Digwa was racially abused or that Nowak had threatened him.

Why play mental gymnastics with this.  He didn’t beat him.  He killed him… with a knife.   Why was he even out and about at that time with a weapon?

No mental gymnastics.  It might be hypothetical here, but for an innocent person under police suspicion it’s reality.  A more concrete example would be that outrageous story out of Florida that made headlines last month.  A police officer pulled over a woman and told her the reason for the stop was that he saw her using her cell phone in her right hand.  The woman then revealed that she does not have a right hand. She was born without a right hand.  This did not deter the officer who proceeded to argue with her before asking for her license/registration and writing her a citation for wireless communication device handheld while driving.

If a woman without a hand can’t talk her way out a ticket for holding a cell phone in the hand she doesn’t have what chance does someone in Nowak’s position have?

Being out at that time of day means nothing.  I think he was charged with something related to the knife but in most parts of the US that would be entirely legal too.  It was kind of funny reading the police list all of the weapons they found in his house and refer to it as an arsenal.  Most of them would not be illegal in large parts of the US and many many Americans are more heavily armed.

Knuckle dusters, telescoping batons, flick knife, machete, an air rifle…  Zero firearms. That qualifies as an arsenal in England.

BLOODbath in Spain: Algerian Migrant Goes HAMMER-WILD on Two Senegalese in Broad Daylight!

Streets of Torre Pacheco turned into a slaughterhouse - hammer smashing skulls, broken bottles slashing necks. One victim fighting for life. Blood everywhere.

This is what “diversity” looks like when politicians open the floodgates.

On the contrary, multiple posters including enormous bigot @Offthemat compared them to the American revolution, lol.
