LJB Posted July 19 Posted July 19 (edited) that clip is awful try and judge... with it zoomed in you have a hard time getting a sense of the action... from my memory is that when harutunyan tilts him there at the end that is actual exposure for the go ahead 2 and then davino head is OOB and there are no counters OOB... i do not believe that score is synched with the actual action... once these medal matches are done i can watch the actual broadcast and not some chopped vid to push an agenda i can comment more intelligently... LJB Posted July 19 Posted July 19 actually, the clip is pretty spot on it just skips ahead 10 seconds and does not show the point where davino reaches back which is where the 2 is awarded and davino never comes out of the danger position from there... the moment he starts to kick over his heads OOB and that is the end of the sequence... period exposure comes after he OOB and there are no counters in OOB... 100% correct call... 1

Fair enough, I missed the OOB’s and for the life of me can’t find a video of the full match to rewatch…

Yea I thought he started off good, I know he had a TF first round then I want to say got past Hardy in a close one and then barely lost to McKenna…but from the first match I kept seeing people in Buckeye circles talking about him being off. Maybe I just had my blinders on that tournament? But then he MFF and I was like “Maybe he was a little slow or off on his timing this whole time and I missed it…”
