Most of those have  zero evidence.   The boats  aren’t random they are cartel boats.  Ice is 10000% legal.    There is no war with Iran.  I don’t recall Congress declaring war for any conflict for Obama Clinton bush …. All the way back to Korea.    Tariffs are legal.    Crypto schemes are in your head

I’m saying those are all things that I do not like and did not happen during Trump’s first administration.

Lol wait people are still denying this is a war?  Even Trump has called it a war

There were survivors of one of the boat attacks and we released them

Actually no not all of the tariffs were legal.  But all they do in general is raise prices for consumers.

$TRUMP coin - down ~95% vs peak

$MELANIA coin - down ~99% vs peak

By the legal definition this isn’t a war.

in no particular order:

Starting a war with Iran

Blanket tariffs

Blowing up random boats

Crypto schemes

ICE/CBP gestapo

DOGE failure

Guy uses the term Gestapo to describe LEOs that have existed for years, but is actually a supporter of a guy with a Nazi tattoo...

They weren’t the Gestapo until 2025.  I’m pointing out the differences between this administration and Trump’s previous one.

You can’t point to one thing ice is doing illegally regarding ice legally deporting illegal aliens

The Gestapo was legal at the time too.

But even still, yes ICE/CBP have done illegal things.

Name them. And specifically indicate what exactly they are doing this administration that they weren't doing in previous administrations.

The most obvious example IMO is the Venezuelans that were sent to CECOT under the Alien Enemies Act.  Previously, the AEA had not been invoked since 1945.

Will you admit you were wrong?

MD woman held by ICE for 25 days, despite citizenship proof, gets a passport

You do love your cute one offs.  He said …. Things that haven’t occurred under prior presidents to justify yalls calling Trump / ice the gestapo

  • 2007 – Pedro Guzman (U.S. citizen born in California) mistakenly deported to Mexico and stranded for months. President: George W. Bush
  • 2008 – Mark Lyttle (U.S. citizen born in North Carolina) wrongly deported to Mexico and subsequently ended up in several Central American countries before returning to the U.S. President: George W. Bush
  • 2008–2011 – Davino Watson (U.S. citizen) detained by ICE for more than three years while trying to prove his citizenship. President: Barack Obama
  • 2016 – Sergio Carrillo (U.S. citizen) detained and placed into removal proceedings before ICE acknowledged the mistake. President: Barack Obama

Additional context:

  • A U.S. government audit found 121 potential U.S. citizens were detained by ICE between 2015 and 2020, and 70 potential U.S. citizens were removed (deported) during that period while their citizenship status was in question.
  • Wrongful detention of U.S. citizens has been documented under multiple administrations and is not unique to any single president.

Any comment on the Alien Enemies Act being used for the first time since 1945 and being told to stop by the Supreme Court?

Nope

Andres Robles Gonzalez – A U.S. citizen who was deported to Mexico as a teenager despite being an American citizen. His case began during the late INS era and later resulted in a government settlement after records confirmed his citizenship. President: Bill Clinton

Yes.  It was a temporary halt.  It was lifted three and a half months later.

Yes, that bearing the symbol of the Holocaust victims is worse than bearing the symbol of the Holocaust perpetrators.

You realize skulls and crossbones have been used for a lot of different purposes, right?  They weren’t exclusive to Nazis
